新潟『堀之内やな場』さんに行きました。
この日は堀之内やな場さんに行きました。
こちらのお店は堀之内インターから2分ぐらいのところにあります。
とてもいい雰囲気です‼️
とても美味しい料理に驚きました‼️
6歳の子は完食をして『今までで食べた中で1番美味しい料理だ‼️』と言っていました‼️
とても美味しく、お魚も好きになったようです‼️
『また行きたい‼️また食べたい‼️』とも言っています‼️
また、訪問したいと思います‼️

This shop is about 2 minutes from the Horinouchi interchange.
It's a very nice atmosphere! ️
I was surprised at the very delicious food! ️

噛んでいくとほのかに焼き立ての香りが広がりさすがの品質と思わせます。
この美味しさは凄い。
甘露煮もフライも美味しい。
ご飯も美味しかったです。
全部が素晴らしい。このように「全部の料理が美味しい」のでご飯との相性が良い。
体にも良い。体にも良い料理だ。
行って良かったと思える料理だ。

２０２１年１１月１８日に、堀之内やな場さんに行きました。
６回目の訪問です。
今や全国にその名を馳せる超有名店「堀之内やな場」さん。（堀之内インターから2分ぐらいです。）ご飯＋焼き立てのあゆ塩焼きが美味しい。2021年5月に私も知り、私も2021年6月に家族を連れてマイカーで訪問しました。5人でテーブルでセットメニュー＆追加したメニューを食べました。子供たちも「美味しい」と食べて完食しました。
3回目は、2021年10月にも行きました。
2021年10月に、今回の再訪となりました。有給休暇を使っての訪問です（笑）。
この日の訪問は、11:30-12:00ぐらいでした。午前11時半頃です。お土産品も販売中で、お土産品も買って行きました。
殆どのお客さんが追加をしていました。
ついに待望の料理が登場です。
焼き立ての「あゆ塩焼き」も「ヤマメ塩焼」、「にじマス塩焼」、「いわな塩焼」も全部が美味しかったです。
やっぱり、逸品に美味しいです。
切り立てのこいのあらいも美味しかったです。
甘露煮、あゆフライ、あゆめしも美味しかったです。
全部が素晴らしい。美味です。各々風味が立っており、良い食材を使っていることが伺われます。
というわけで、それぞれをじっくり味わううちにほぼ完食してしまいました。
他のお客さんも「美味しい」とおっしゃっていました。他のお客さんの中には、「ほぼ11年振りなんですよ」という方もいらっしゃいました。
次回も絶対に行きます！と決め、家族向けのお土産品を買いました（笑）。

I went to Mr. Yanaba Horinouchi on November 18, 2021.
This is my 6th visit.
Mr. Horinouchi Yanaba, a super famous store that is now famous all over the country. (It's about 2 minutes from Horinouchi Interchange.) Rice + freshly baked sweetfish grilled with salt is delicious. I knew it in May 2021, and in June 2021, I visited with my family in my car. Five people ate the set menu & the added menu at the table. The children also ate it as "delicious" and finished it.
The third time I went there in October 2021.
This revisit was made in October 2021. It's a visit using paid vacation (laughs).
The visit on that day was around 11: 30-12: 00. It's about 11:30 am. Souvenirs are also on sale, and I bought souvenirs as well.
Most of the customers were adding.
The long-awaited dish is finally here.
The freshly baked "Ayu salt grilled", "Yamame salt grilled", "Nijimasu salt grilled", and "Iwana salt grilled" were all delicious.
After all, it is delicious as a gem.
The freshly cut carp was also delicious.
Kanro-ni, deep-fried sweetfish, and sweetfish were also delicious.
Everything is wonderful. It's delicious. Each has its own flavor, and you can see that it uses good ingredients.
So, while I thoroughly tasted each, I almost finished eating.
Other customers also said that it was delicious. Some of the other customers said, "It's been almost 11 years."
I will definitely go next time! I decided to buy souvenirs for my family (laughs).

現地には堀之内やな場さん専用の駐車場があるので車でもいいですね。
店内に入っての最初の印象はいい雰囲気だなって感じでした。
今回注文したのはセットのメニューです。
全部が丁寧な手作り料理でさすがに美味しかったです。
丁寧なお仕事です。
素材にもこだわっていますが今まで食べた料理では1番でした。
切り立てのこいのあらいや甘露煮も美味しかったです。
あゆめしも追加で食べました。
あゆめしも美味しかったです。
ぜひまた行こうと思うお店でした。

It's a polite job.
I am particular about the ingredients, but it was the best dish I have ever eaten.
The freshly cut carp and kanro-ni were also delicious.

Ayu rice was also delicious.
It was a shop that I would definitely go to again.

「魚は美味いんだ」という事が分かりました。
