コ	コレクションRe- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青蓮院門跡のクスノキは五本あります。三本は神宮通り沿いに並んでいます。一本は入り口のすぐ横に。あと一本は境内にあります。どれも立派なクスノキです。ただ、神宮通りに面する入り口の青蓮院門跡のシンボル的存在のクスノキがここ数年、元気がない。樹齢800年とも。枯れかかっているような感じです。2017年9月ぐらいか様子がおかしくなったようで、その状態がずっと続いてい感じです。徐々に弱っていっている感もあります。原因は不明のようです。一番目立つところにありますので、枯れると歯が抜けたみたいになってしまいそう。 There are five camphor trees from the site of Shoren-in Mon. 黄	黄緑・緑・青緑 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年5月「燈台下暗し。」何度このフレーズを使う事になるのでしょうか？美術館や観世会館等々、子供達が小さい頃はそれにプラス動物園。岡崎界隈をぶらぶらしていたのにも関わらず、昨年まで訪れていなかった、「青蓮院門跡」。いまではすっかり、お気に入りとなり特に、５本の楠が大好きです。元来、楠は好きでしたが、昨年まで青蓮院門跡のクスノキの存在すら知らず・・・? 本当に、燈台下暗し過ぎます！若葉の黄緑色を見たくて、５月１１日、午前中たっぷりと３時間堪能致しました。昨年の９月に初めて訪れた時、手入れをされていた方に尋ねた時、楠が好きで、それを話題にし、入口の角にある楠が、大胆に剪定されていたのでお聞きした所、枯れるかと思っていたら、何とか生きていてくれる、様な事を仰っていました。昨日の訪問で、その楠を第一にみると、條々から、若葉が沢山芽吹いていました。これを書くにあたり、少し調べてみると、「2018年06月28日青蓮院のシンボル　大クスノキがピンチです。」という青蓮院の「お知らせ」を見つけ、「あのおじさんの言ってた事はこの事か～」　と。（※ワタクシがおばさんという事は、この際横に置いといて・・・）８００年も生きていたのだから、色んな事があって、ちょっと休憩したいのかも？　角にあり、一番風の影響を受ける場所だから、他の木よりもしんどかったのかな～？なんて色々と思い巡らせていました。昨年の６月に大きく枝打ちをされ、色んな方の努力や願いもあり、この春は美しい黄緑色の若葉が沢山芽吹いています。この調子で枯れる事のない様に、願っています。他の４本も大きく広げた枝に、大好きな美しい黄緑色の若葉が沢山芽吹いていました。 May 2019 "The dark side of the boat."
