高	高木ちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月某日 13時半頃来店。麺よし！スープ良し！もやし良し！味良し！行ったのが随分前で覚えてないけどもやしラーメンとかだったかな？店内がそこそこ混んでいて食券買う前に座れるか確認したくて入ったら｢先に買ってくださいねー！｣って言われて｢いや空いてるか..｢先に買ってくださいー！｣ってこっちの言葉を遮るように女の店員に言われてちょっと気になったけど。まぁラーメン屋だからこんなもんかなという感じ。ラーメンそのものは結構美味しかった。 Visited the store around 13:30 on a certain day in February 2022. h	h nakazora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券制、カウンター席中心。パーテーションあり。お店はあまりキレイではないです。醤油のチャーシュー麺をオーダー。¥1000。今日まで時短営業でしたが明日より通常営業に戻るようです（2022/03/21）座席は食券を購入すると店員さんから場所を指定されます。お水はセルフサービス。麺の硬さ、脂の量などは調整できます。チャーシューはバラを巻いたタイプで厚さは薄め。刻みネギも荒いです。メンマは結構しょっぱい。モヤシはシャキシャキ。麺は中太縮れ麺。醤油ベースですがかなり白っぽいスープ。全面に背脂が浮いてます。しょっぱいという人も多いようですが脂が塩味をかなり丸くしてしまうのでそのような設定なのでしょう。スープ濃さも調整できます。柱の位置の関係で客席側の動線が良くなく券売機付近が混雑してしまうので給水器に行きにくいです。上品さやオシャレな雰囲気は全くありません。ですがギタギタのジャンクフードにそのようなことを求めるよりはお店の個性として楽しむのが良いと思います。 Meal ticket system, mainly counter seats. It seems that there are many people who say that it is salty, but it is probably such a setting because the fat makes the salty taste quite round. You can also adjust the soup strength. Due to the position of the pillars, the flow line on the audience side is not good and the area around the ticket vending machine is crowded, so it is difficult to go to the water supply.
