も	もりおうがい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は地下で少し分かりにくいところにあります。モツつけ麺の味玉入りを頼みました。付け汁はトンコツ魚介のそれ程濃厚って訳ではないですが、下処理されたモツの癖のある風味とマッチして美味しかったです。麺は程よい太麺で付け汁との相性も良く美味しく食べれました。割り用のスープが入った瓶があるので、好きな濃度でスープ割りが楽しめるのは嬉しいです。ちょっと高いのか難点なかぁ。 The shop is a little confusing in the basement. I ordered the offal tsukemen with flavored balls. The soup is not as rich as the tonkotsu fish and shellfish, but it was delicious because it matched the quirky flavor of the prepared offal. The noodles were reasonably thick and went well with the soup, so I was able to eat them deliciously. There is a bottle containing the soup for splitting, so I'm glad that you can enjoy the soup split at your favorite concentration. Is it a little expensive or a drawback?
K	K N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつはめちゃ美味しい。麺も2玉まで無料なのでいっぱい食べたい人には嬉しい。胡椒もミルなので風味抜群でした。ただ、スープはもう少し濃厚でほんの少しだけ甘ければ自分好みでした。節の苦味かなー？？鉄鍋は熱いんですが、スープが少ないのでかなり冷めるのは早かったです。もう少しスープ入れてくれてたらなぁと。 Offal is really delicious. 柴	柴犬村長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は地下にあって入口は分かりにくいです、店内はまるでお洒落なバーの様、東南アジアの屋台で食事の時に出るような薄いスプーンや麺を入れた器、スープ割りを入れた水筒？、などに強いこだわりを感じました、ちなみに飲み物も水では無くてジャスミンティーでした。気になっていた「もつつけ麺」を食べました、スープはよくある豚骨魚介系、マズイとかでは全然無く、多分美味しいと評価されそうなつけ麺ですが、一言で言うと「チャーシューの代わりにもつが入った、スープはよくあるタイプのつけ麺」わざわざ三宮まで来て食べる程でもなかったかなぁと。スープはあまり面白く（マズイとかでは決して無い）無いけれど麺や筍は凄い。ランチタイムだけのサービスかもしれませんが、ごはんと麺大盛り無料でした。「女性に受けそうなお店」、と言う印象です。

The noodles were nice but the taste of the soup wasn't so rich and you get few toppings with the basic ramen. They have a lot of seats and some tables so you can take your time and relax while you slurp your ramen up. Average price and average ramen in general.
