★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアリザーブでの完全予約制です。かき氷がめちゃくちゃおいしい！バンブーさんらしい果物や、酒粕白みそなどとの組み合わせ、アジアのお茶やスパイスを使ったかき氷がめちゃくちゃ好みでガツンときて大好きです。万人受けするかどうかはわかりませんが、私にとっては、構成や味にこだわっていておいしいです。
インスタグラムのアカウントにハウスルールなど詳しく載っています。常識のある方々はそれを読んで、来店さてれいると思います。
It is a complete reservation system at Air Reserve. The shaved ice is insanely delicious! I really like the shaved ice made with Asian tea and spices, combined with fruits like Bamboo and sake lees white miso, and I really like it. I don't know if it will be accepted by everyone, but for me, it's delicious because I'm particular about the composition and taste.
You can read more about house rules on your Instagram account. I think that people with common sense read it and come to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約は取りづらく、また基本平日の昼間営業なので余計に来店ハードルは高いですが、その分の価値があると思えるお店です。
催事だと少しは予約が取りやすいと思います。
店主の方はほぼ喋られないですが、とても良い方です。
先日来店時、私の直前の方でいちごのメニューが終わってしまい、別のメニューにしたのですが(私としては最初からいちごを頼むつもりが無かったので良かった)、｢あと1杯なら出来ます。｣と言っていただけて、その配慮に嬉しくなりました。
神戸には数駅圏内にいくつかかき氷屋さんがあるので、巡りやすいのも嬉しいです。
It's difficult to make reservations, and since it's open during the daytime on weekdays, the hurdles for visiting the store are high, but it's worth it.
I think it's a little easier to make a reservation for an event.
The owner can hardly speak, but he is a very good person.
When I came to the store the other day, the strawberry menu ended just before me, so I chose a different menu (I'm glad I didn't intend to order strawberries from the beginning), but "I can do it with one more cup. I am glad to hear that consideration.
There are several Kakigori shops within a few stations in Kobe, so I'm happy that it's easy to visit.
