大和神社の境外末社で、本社と同じく大国魂大神、八千矛大神・御年大神を祀る。
四月一日の大和神社のチャンチャン祭には数百メートルもの列をつくって神輿が渡御するが、当社を御旅所として長岳寺の僧も参列する。
＊渡御の様子は、大和神社の資料館に絵画や写真で展示してあります。
社殿は、明治初年まで、大塚山の小高地にあり、その南麓である現社地に観音堂と庫裡があったが、神仏分離で廃されその跡に社殿がうつされた。

普段の境内は、遊具のある児童公園のようです。近くに公共トイレが在りますが、駐車場はありません。すぐ隣が古墳で、夏はやぶ蚊が多いので参拝の節はご注意を。

At the Chan Chan Festival at Yamato Shrine on April 1st, a portable shrine is handed over in a line of several hundred meters, but a monk from Chogakuji also attends with our company as an otabisho.
* The state of the transfer is exhibited in the museum of Yamato Shrine with paintings and photographs.
Until the first year of the Meiji era, the shrine was located in a small highland on Mt. Otsuka, and there was a Kannon-do and a kuri at the current shrine at the southern foot of the mountain.

The usual precincts are like a children's park with playground equipment. There is a public toilet nearby, but there is no parking. There is an old burial mound right next to it, and there are many aedes mosquitoes in the summer, so be careful about the worship section.
