S	SUZUKI HIROYUKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中村屋さんのうなぎ大好きです。香ばしく焼き上げた炭火焼のカリカリのうなぎに甘しょっぱいタレがうなぎとごはんにからみあって、美味しいです(^^) いつもうなぎの肝焼きも頼みますが、こちらも美味しくて、すごくごはんに合います。肝吸いもしっかりダシがでていて美味しい。お新香も。うなぎは、注文が入ってからさばいて調理するので少し待ちます。うなぎの時期と状態から判断して、蒸して焼くか、直接焼くか決めるみたいです。主に関西風の直接焼く方が多いです。私も関西風のカリカリ焼きが好きです。たまにうなぎがふっくらして外がカリカリ焼きの関東風も良いですね。お茶もおいしく、店内も雰囲気もよく、テーブル席でゆっくり食事させて頂きます。女将さんも愛想が良くてまた、磐田に来た時は食べに行きたくなります。 I love Nakamuraya's eels.
