★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒸してから焼くのと違い、パリッとしたうなぎの身、脂が落ちて煙となりそれをまとった皮、濃いめのタレ、それらが野性味あふれる「うなぎの焼き魚」となり、白いご飯のうえに乗って供されます。

漬け物も箸休め、ご飯のお供にちょうど良く、肝吸いが口の中をすっきりと。
最初は「物足りないかな？」と思ったけど、3,300円の重で量もちょうど良かったです。
他地域からの来ている車も多く、訪問時のお昼の時間帯は13時半過ぎに受付が終わっていました。
とにかく駐車場に停めたら受付！ なのですね。
近隣へ行く機会があったらぜひともまた訪れたいお店です。
現金ほかクレジットカード、一部のQRコード決済も使える模様。

浜松に行った際にふらっと立ち寄ったお店。
予約はしていませんでしたが
コロナの関係か、そこまで混みいっては居ませんでした。
駐車場は10~15台ほど止められます。
鰻は脂が乗っていてそれでいて皮もベチャッとすることなく、しっかりパリパリです。
炭焼きの香りがして更にごはんが進みます。
もちろんタレも美味しいですが、山椒をかけると尚ごはんが進みます。
ぜひまたお邪魔したいお店です。

I didn't make a reservation
It wasn't so crowded because of the Corona relationship.
The parking lot can be parked for 10 to 15 cars.
The eel is oily and crispy without the skin becoming sticky.
The scent of charcoal-grilled rice goes on.
Of course, the sauce is delicious, but if you sprinkle some Japanese pepper on it, the rice will go on.
It is a shop that I definitely want to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関西風が気になり、あおいやさんへ。平日11:30過ぎ訪問。1階と2階に席があり、すでに1階は満席。2階へ案内していただけました。初めての関西風…結論から言うと、美味しい！！皮パリ、ふっくらジューシー。関東風の箸でスッといただけるのとは違くて鰻をしっかり味わえる感じ？それでいて固いとかじゃなく。タレはやや甘めで好きな味。お米も丁度良い固さで全体的にバランス良くて。すっかりハマりましたね。しばらく関西風でいこうと思います。本当に美味しかった！ごちそうさまでした。
I was worried about the Kansai style, so I went to Aoya-san. Visited after 11:30 on weekdays. There are seats on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the 1st floor is already full. I was guided to the 2nd floor. Kansai style for the first time ... In conclusion, it's delicious! !! Skin Paris, plump and juicy. It's different from the Kanto-style chopsticks that you can enjoy the eel. Still, it's not hard. The sauce is a little sweet and has a favorite taste. The rice is just right in hardness and well-balanced overall. I'm completely addicted to it. I'm going to stay in the Kansai style for a while. It was really delicious! Thank you for the meal.

ということで、伺いました。浜松に数ある鰻屋の中でも蒸さない鰻が好みなのでこちらのお店をチョイス。土曜日のランチの開店10分前に到着し、店前の駐車場はいっぱいでしたが、なんとか2巡目で入ることができました。かなりの人気店ということが窺い知れます。
順番待ちの受付をし、順番になると知らせてくれるシステムがあるので、店前で延々と待つ必要はなく、車や周辺散策で時間を潰せるのは有り難いです。うな重、肝焼き、しっぽを注文。
しっぽは200円と格安ですがちゃんと鰻で、正直破格だと思います。しっぽを食べただけでも脂の乗りが抜群で、本命の鰻への期待が高まりましたが、その期待を裏切らない、身の厚さ、脂の乗りの鰻でした。蒸さないので、パリッとしつつも、ジューシー、しかもあっつあつ。タレの味も好みで、さすが人気なのが頷けます。
12時付近に訪れていた方には待ち時間が1時間を超えると案内されていたので、待つのが苦手な方は開店前の早い時間に受付することをおすすめします。

Arrived 10 minutes before the opening of lunch on Saturday, the parking lot in front of the store was full, but I managed to enter in the second round. You can see that it is a very popular shop.
There is a system that accepts waiting in line and notifies you when it's your turn, so you don't have to wait endlessly in front of the store, and it's nice to be able to spend time by car or walking around the area. I ordered Unaju, grilled liver, and tail.
The tail is cheap at 200 yen, but it's an eel, and I think it's honestly exceptional. Even just eating the tail, the fat riding was outstanding, and expectations for the favorite eel increased, but it was a thick, fat riding eel that did not disappoint that expectation. It's not steamed, so it's crispy, juicy, and hot. I also like the taste of the sauce, and I can nod that it is really popular.
Those who visited around 12 o'clock were informed that the waiting time would exceed 1 hour, so if you are not good at waiting, we recommend that you register early before the store opens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very popular spot for unagi that was recommended to me by a local. The restaurant provides ample parking space (right in front of the shop and another area for 7 cars across the road) and crowd management is well organized in the sense that they have a set number of parties they are able to accept for each session. For example when I went at 11am for lunch on Saturday I managed to get a ticket for number 12 out of a total of 30 before they stopped accepting customers. They will take your order when you get the numbered ticket and you are expected to wait outside (or nearby in your car etc) and you will get an automated call when your turn comes.
I waited for an hour before my party was called. Once the food arrived it was immediately obvious why they have huge crowds all the time. The portion is very generous. I ordered the “unajuu” for 3000 JPY and the portion of unagi was easily as large as what some other shops charge for 5000 JPY. The taste was unceremoniously delicious.
Definitely worth visiting as long as you don’t mind showing up early to get a number and wait it out.
