浜松駅から徒歩5分ほど。 駐車場も広いので車でも行けます。 1階は受付で、エレベーターで上がった2階で食事をします。 うなぎまぶしと白焼きをいただきました。 どちらも美味しかったのですが、 特に白焼きが素晴らしかったです。 普段うな丼しか食べない方もぜひ食べていただきたい逸品です。、 蒲焼のタレは甘めで若干好き嫌いが別れるかもしれません。 ネット予約もできるので、予め予定が決まっている方は事前予約をおすすめします。

料理の提供がとにかく早い! 一瞬作り置きでもぢているのかと疑ってしまったほど(申し訳ありません)。鰻は硬めの皮がカリッとした焼き加減で、タレの甘みも控えめ。個人的に好みです。

静岡県浜松市の鰻屋さんです。 浜松駅から徒歩5分程にあり便利な場所にあります。お店の前にも数台の駐車場もあります。 旧き良き店構えで決して広くはありませんが、畳の部屋に座敷と椅子テーブル席があり客の好みで選ぶことが出来ます。 今回は、うな重上を注文致しました。 こちらは、うな重・肝吸い・香の物・オレンジがセットになっていました。 鰻は、関東の焼き方のようで外はパリッと中はふっくらとしていて良い食感でした。 皮目も箸でスッと切り分ける事ができ、とにかく柔らかな印象。骨の存在をほとんど感じる事が無く非常に食べやすいと思います。 味は、濃厚な味わいでは無くあくまであっさりとした味わいでしつこい脂なども一切感じる事なく頂けました。 鰻本来の旨みや食感を生かすことを大切にされている印象です。炭火焼きにも自信を持って調理されているようです。詳細は画像の説明文を観て頂ければと思います。 食後の胃もたれ等は一切無縁でしょう。 タレにも拘りがあるようで、1年間熟成をさせたタレをカメにつぎ足しているようです。そのタレがうなぎの旨み成分を引き立てていると思います。 とにかく落ち着いてじっくりと鰻を満喫したいのであれば、オススメのお店です。 一度は伺っても損は無いお店でしょう。

Very fluffy on the inside, a little crispy on the outside, just the way I like it. The sauce is a little different than most places in the area, which is nice (in my opinion) and the sanshō has a nice kick!

Unagi or Hamamatsu eel with a box of rice must try here in Hamamatsu. This restaurant has this meal, but you have to wait for a little to get your meal. It is not cheap but delicious. This meal includes a pickled dish, soup of eel, and oolong tea. I will come again to try it.

Delicious food! A great place to check out for traditional unagi meals, but expect to pay at least 3,050 yen. The staff there are also very kind. You can even order unagi for take out!
