★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻は大好きですが、こんなに不味いと思ったのは初めてです。最初は皮がカリっとしてていいなと思いましたがだんだん食べ進めていくうちに箸で持ち上げただけでぼろっと崩れて、身も半生のような柔らかいというか水っぽくて、骨硬くも気になりました。鰻でここまで骨を感じたのも初めてで、6歳の娘は骨を喉に詰まらせむせていて、もういらないと言っていました。
しかも注文してから鰻が出てくるまで50分くらいかかりました。こんなに鰻で待たされたのも初めてです。店員に言ったところ、遅いと言われ慣れているようなかんじがしました。あやまってもらっても誠意が感じられませんでした。
まずい、料理が出てくるのが遅い、鰻なので支払いは高額。もう2度と行くことはありません。時間とお金を返してほしいと思いました。

タレは薄めで醤油辛くありません。甘さもかなり控えめ。
うなぎの風味をダイレクトに楽しめると思いました。
皮の側にはタレはほとんど付いてなくパリッと感あり。
ご飯にコゲの香りが移って、とても芳ばしいです。
大人の味って感じですかねw。

キモ焼も頂きました、こちらもタレは薄めな感じ、キモの苦さがほとんどない食べやすいキモ焼でした。
う巻きはボリュームありました、サイドとして1人では多い量です。醤油かけない方がウナギの風味を楽しめると思います。
開店してすぐの入店でしたが、テーブルが汚れていたので星マイナスです。
