T	T O.T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日の14時前に初訪問。店外に5人前に並んでいる。並ぶのは嫌いな方だけど、今日は暇だし並ぶ事にした。 20分待ちで入店、オーダーから着丼迄は早かった。特製醤油鶏そばを頂いた。鶏油の香りとコクがあるスープに、ストレート麺がよく合っていて美味しい。残念なのは鶏胸肉のチャーシュー。コンビニによくあるサラダチキンのような鶏ハムで、生臭い。煮込み具合を変えた数種のチャーシューが入っていたが、よく煮込んだものはパサパサで後味が悪い。このレベルなら家庭で炊飯器とジップロックがあれば作れる。豚肩ロースの奴が一番美味しかった。あと、食べ進めていくにつれて、塩分の濃さがキツイと感じた。 1000円というのも割高に感じる。この値段なら煮卵はつけて欲しいかな。並んでまで食べる価値は…？ランチで行くより、呑んだ後の〆に行く方が合いそうな気がしました。 First visit before 14:00 on public holidays. ラ	ライダー130 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺東の用事を兼ねて来店。いくつかチョイスしてた中でのムタヒロを選択。ガハハ鶏そばの醤油を注文。具は肩ロースと鶏むね肉と思われるチャーシューに海苔、穂先メンマ、みつばと細かく刻んだネギが入ってます。スープは鶏油が入ってて鶏の旨味と香りがすごい味わえます。麺がまた、自分好みの細麺ストレートで絶妙な硬さでした。スープ完飲。喉の渇きは感じられなかった！卓上テーブルに色んな調味料あるがそのままでも美味しいラーメンです。あと、玉ねぎや玉子などの追加トッピングもあります。次に行く機会あれば、違うメニューも頼んでみます。 Visited the store for Sakaihigashi's business. The ingredients are shoulder loin, char siu, which seems to be chicken breast, seaweed, tip menma, mitsuba and finely chopped green onions. The soup contains chicken oil and you can enjoy the delicious taste and aroma of chicken. The noodles were also my favorite thin noodles straight and had an exquisite hardness. Complete soup. I didn't feel thirsty! There are various seasonings on the table, but it is a delicious ramen as it is. There are also additional toppings such as onions and eggs. If I have a chance to go next, I will ask for a different menu.
