★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨醤油を戴きました。全体的にあっさりしてます。麺の量が少し少なく感じます。私は4口ぐらいで食べ終わりましたので替え玉150円追加しました。

豚骨醤油の味玉ラーメン850円をオーダーしました。うーん。。。決して不味いわけではないんですが、全体的に味がボヤけてるなっていうのがありますね。そこにまー油が主張してきて、ベースの味は薄めなのに、コッテリ感が残ります。チャーシューも控え目の味付けだから主張するのがまー油しかないという状態で、せっかく肩ロースを使ってるのに、そこを活かせてないイメージです。半熟卵は卵の風味を消さずに美味しかったので少し残念に感じました。

私は醤油豚骨を、連れは豚骨塩を頼みました。
醤油豚骨は、豚骨特有の臭みもかなり取れており、豚骨の匂いが苦手という方にとっては、かなり当たりかと思います。
私はオープンと同時くらいに行ったのですが、食べ終わるころにはほぼ満席になっており、常連っぽい人が多いのも頷けました。
ごちそうさまでした。

食べ終えて、退店後ぐらいにまったりと味が広がっていくのがたまらなかったです。
チャーシューもおいしい。また寄らせて頂きたいです。
Tonkotsu salt is rare, so I tried it with all of it.

大きく分けて２種類のスープから選びました。
私は醤油にしましたし１５０円の追加で丼のセットにもできます。
遅い時間の訪問でしたが次から次えとお客さんが来られました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も通りかかっていたのですが、普段ラーメンを食べることが少ないのでなかなか行くことがありませんでした。今回たまたま『がっつり』食べたくなったので訪問してみました。
少し駅前からは離れているので、到着時はお客さんはいない状態でした。がっつりいきたかったので『全部載せ』で餃子とビール。豚骨の味は臭みもなく食べやすいのですが、少し食べているうちに飽きるかも。どこかで味変できるようなものがあればいいかなと思います。
