★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まぜそばを食べました。具だくさん、味もしっかりしていて美味しい！酢で味変も楽しめました。
PayPayで支払いをしたのですが、その時期に行っているはずのキャンペーンがやっていなく（事前に調べたところ、この店舗も参加しているキャンペーンです）、恩恵が受けられなかったのが残念でした…。
 I ate mixed soba. Lots of ingredients, good taste and delicious! I also enjoyed the taste change with vinegar.
I paid with PayPay, but I'm sorry that I didn't get the benefit because the campaign I was supposed to be doing at that time wasn't done (I checked in advance and this store is also participating). did….

この日は何気にこちらへ。
初めてでしたが、煮干に惹かれての訪問。
入店時に気持ち普通かなーという感じがありました。
メニューの種類も結構あるのですが
オススメというか一推しのコレというのが分からず
とりあえずは
特製煮干ラーメン 1,000円にしました。
テーブルの上に色々と味変アイテムなのか
あるのですが、魚粉っぽいのからふりかけっぽいのから
昆布っぽいのや色々とあるのですが
何かの表示や説明も無くとりあえず色々味見してみました。
魚粉や昆布やおかかっぽいのは
一体何に使えば良いのかが不明でしたが
出てきたラーメンがあまりにインパクトが無かったので
どれも入れたりしてみましたが
美味しくならず。
正直ちょっと薄いかなぁという印象でした。

プレミアム煮干しラーメンを注文しました。
失礼ながら、なんだこの深みの無い味は？
例えるとスーパーで売っている生麺タイプの袋麺のような。
何かダシ的な物を入れ忘れてないか？と思ってしまう。
煮干しを売りにしている割には、煮干し感も薄い。
チャーシューも写真の通りペラペラ。
しかし、客は、多く人気のようなので他のメニューは、うまいのかな？

うーん?、アッサリしたスープですねぇ。本当に煮干しの味が前面に出ていて、コクは無いかな。
煮干し味がこよなく好きな方はおススメですが、ラーメンとしての美味しさは普通かな。
好みの問題ですが、もう少し後ひくような旨味のあるスープが好みです。
