土	土肥清剛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店名に有るように塩が売り？と、思い鶏のしおそばを注文、連れは鯛のしおそばを注文しました。鶏のスープはまろやかでくどくなく美味しいスープで麺もほどよい太さで個人的には塩は細麺が好きだがスープにも絡みマッチしていました。鶏肉は生ハム位しっとりしている方が好きです。パサパサ感して上質感はしない。鯛のしおそばはスープが鯛の荒を焼いているのか芳ばしい薫りはするが、焦がしているのか苦味が残る。スープは鶏のほうが断然好み。値段はソコソコするが、量や内容考えると決してコスパは良く感じない。変なラーメン屋よりはよっぽど美味しいですが。また、醤油や鯖や魚介や海老に味噌味、醤油味に色々有るので飽きない通えるお店かな。駅前ですし Is salt sold as the name suggests? The broth was both light and clear as well as full flavored screaming chicken, Chicken, CHICKEN! Great noodles that were thin and chewy. I can’t wait to eat here again! Good job guys!
