入り口は千本通から入ったとこにあるので少しわかりにくいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入場無料。ここでなければ見られない希少な資料があるかというと、あるにはあるが、とりたてて興味を引くものでもなかった。展示物に水平社、解放同盟の資料があったが、公の資料館であればもう少し中立的に扱うべきとも感じた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧楽只小学校に移転後、初めて訪問しました。楽只の歴史と差別の解消に向けての取り組みが詳細に展示されており、胸を打たれました。学校の雰囲気が残っているのも良いですね。また来ます。
I visited for the first time after moving to Rakushi Elementary School. I was deeply moved by the detailed exhibition of the history of music and efforts to eliminate discrimination. It's good that the atmosphere of the school remains. I will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観があまりにもボロボロで、どこが入り口なのかもサッパリ分からない、パッと見「老舗の煙草屋さんしか入っていない廃屋のような建物」に見えます。
建物内のお写真が綺麗なようですが、どこに入り口があるのか案内板を分かりやすく出して欲しいです。
市民の税金のお世話になっているわりに、広く一般公開する努力が疎かではないでしょうか。
また、こちらの元職員の方が聚楽保育所の民間委託に心ないクレームをつけたせいで閉園に追い込まれたとの記事も読みました。
部落差別を無くそうとする活動家には、何故か別方向に過剰な差別をなさる人も見受けられますが、正直ここも印象が悪いです。
The exterior is so tattered that you don't even know where the entrance is, and at first glance it looks like an abandoned building with only a long-established tobacco shop.
The photo inside the building seems to be beautiful, but I would like you to show the information board where the entrance is in an easy-to-understand manner.
I think the effort to open it to the public is neglected despite the fact that the citizens' taxes are taken care of.
I also read an article that a former employee here was forced to close the park because he made a complaint about the private consignment of the Juraku nursery school.
For some reason, some activists trying to eliminate Buraku discrimination are over-discriminating in the other direction, but honestly, this is also a bad impression.

こんな人目につかないところで展示しているのは京都市の人権問題に対する気持ちの現れでしょう。本気なら、地下鉄の駅など目立つところで展示するはずですから。
さて、展示されている地域の方々は現在は入れ替わっていて、先祖代々の方々は大成功して企業家となったり銀座に店を構えている一方、戦後に流入した主に戦災孤児出身の方々は、ほとんどは抜け出せたけれど若干残っていらっしゃるようです。
有名な砂防ダムに隣接した地域で興味深いですよ。佛教大学も綺麗で楽しめます。展示内容はう～ん、まあネットで昔の写真見たらわざわざ行くほどのものではないかな～。
