★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京オリンピック2020のトーチが期間限定で展示されていたので見学しました。上部の桜型が見えるように鏡がついており、見やすくなってました。他には、発掘さ）た大龜や古民具が展示されてました。島本町の歴史が良くわかりました。島本町創立８０年記念の冊子も頂きました。土曜日は朝市も開かれているようです。機会があったら、またゆっくり見学したいです。

がここでしか見られない貴重な展示物があります。
二、三年前に一度来ましたが展示内容が一部変わっ
ています。時々見に来た方がよいですね。撮影は可
能ですが禁止の展示物が有り、それが写り込んだも
のをネットにあげられると困るということで、入口
付近で一枚だけ撮らせてもらいました。こういう施
設は大切です。できるだけ多くの人に見てもらいた
いです。ちなみに私が一番気にいったのは「樟葉か
ら飛んできた砲弾」です。一見の価値有りです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桜井の楠木正成親子の別れ跡に一度来たくてやってきた。JR京都線、島本駅前のロータリーを挟んで北に楠木正成、南に歴史文化資料館。記名して入館、受付嬢より島本町の歴史を少々勉強させて頂き、その際に水無瀬神宮を紹介頂き、ありがたくも早速おまいりに行くことに。歴史文化資料館では来館記念の素敵なカードをも頂いた。
