e	eichel pantah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「雲水」大好きなんです。大徳寺納豆のいわれも、製法も効能も先人の知恵もすごいなー手間隙かかってるなーと敬服するところばかりですが大徳寺納豆の強めの塩加減にあわせたあんこも、寒梅粉やシナモンも、お茶だけでなくコーヒーにピッタリ。賞味期限がやたら長くないところも、余分なものをいれてない証拠で気に入っています。京都に訪れたら必ず伊勢丹の紫竹庵で「松風」と一緒にまとめ買い。大徳寺納豆はお茶漬け用に買います。うちの京都土産の定番の１つです。 I love "cloud water".
