★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年2回訪問。季節により黒板の料理は変わる。おまかせコース3500円は大変お得なコースだが毎回ほぼ同じ内容となるため、それを前提に他に追加するか又は最初からアラカルトにするか、少し人数が多いようなら希望を話して事前に前もってコース仕立てにしてもらう事も可能ではないかと推測できる。(個人的推測ですので店へ確認要) とにかくこちらは美味しい。
軽井沢に滞在中、可能ならできるだけこちらで食べたいと思っても予約が本当に取り辛い。繁忙期の夏はまず取れないのではないか？閑散期なら2名でも当日ならもしかしたら？取れるかも？誰かキャンセルかも？くらいの気持ちでトライしたら空いているかも。大人気店。
地元のグループでのお祝い事に利用されることも多いようで、満席以外見たことがない印象。ワインもグラスから楽しめ、リーズナブルのものから少しいいものまで選べる。毎年1月は正月営業の後から長期休暇に入られることが多いようなので注意。ちなみに来年2018は1/9頃から長期休暇のようです。(写真:黒板のメニューは春と秋のもの)
 Visited twice in 2017. The dishes on the blackboard change depending on the season. Omakase Course 3500 yen is a great value course, but since the content is almost the same every time, it is assumed that it will be added or else it will be à la carte from the beginning, if there are a lot of people, talk about hope and pre-course It can be guessed that it is possible to have it tailored. (This is a personal guess, so check with the store.) Anyway this is delicious.
While staying in Karuizawa, booking is really difficult even if I want to eat here if possible. Isn't it hard to get rid of it during the busy summer? If it's a low season, maybe even two people on the day? May I get it? Maybe someone cancels? If you try with a feeling, it may be free. A very popular store.
It seems that it is often used for celebrations in local groups, and I have never seen anything other than full seats. You can enjoy wine from the glass, and you can choose from reasonably priced to slightly good wine. Please note that in January every year you often take a long vacation after the New Year holidays. おまかせコースを頼みましたが、品数が多く満腹感があります。
車で来店する方がほとんどですのでノンアルコール飲料は必須ですね。
開店時から満席状態なので、予約した方がいいです。

I asked for various things in a la carte. Even though it was Karuizawa, the wine was cheap and the food was abundant and all were delicious.

お客さんがご高齢の美味しいものをわかってる人ばかり。
お店の雰囲気は、カジュアルで肩肘張らずに自分のペースで食べれます。お酒もとてもリーズナブル。
だもんだから予約は必須です。
