★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 庄屋さんの家を改築しての立派な古民家造りのお屋敷でした。展示してあるものはイマイチですが、丁寧に説明していただきました。素晴らしい造りのお屋敷です?もっと沢山の人に見てもらいたいと思いました?
It was a splendid old-fashioned mansion built by rebuilding the house of Ashiya. The items on display are not good, but they were explained carefully. It is a wonderfully built mansion ? I wanted more people to see it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ津和野駅から徒歩１２分のところに、庄屋屋敷を利用した「社塾美術館」があります。日本家屋の木のぬくもりと、陰影に富む空間、 津和野藩の筆頭庄屋屋敷を往時のままに復元し、中尾彰、吉浦摩耶画伯の心和む絵画を展示している。
美術品より、家屋や庭園に目が行った。連れの仲間は、絵画をしっかりと鑑賞していた。親切に説明してもらっていたが、屋内や絵画の写真は撮り忘れた。
駐車場は広くないが、来訪者も程々少なく、ゆったりとくつろげることができた。
A 12-minute walk from JR Tsuwano Station, there is the "Shajuku Museum" that uses a shoya mansion. The warmth of the wood of the Japanese house, the space rich in shadows, and the first Shoya residence of the Tsuwano domain have been restored to their original state, and the soothing paintings of Akira Nakao and Maya Yoshiura are on display.
I was more interested in houses and gardens than works of art. My companion was watching the painting firmly. I was kindly explained, but I forgot to take pictures of indoors and paintings.
The parking lot is not large, but the number of visitors was moderate and I was able to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問日は休館日、すぐに通り過ぎました。祝祭日、土曜、金曜日に開館しているようです。評価は出来ないので〇３としておきます。
The visit day was a closed day, and I passed by immediately. It seems to be open on public holidays, Saturdays and Fridays. Since it cannot be evaluated, it will be set as 03.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入場料無料でこれだけ素晴らしい美術館を見学できるのはスゴイことだと思います。
建物自体も趣がありますが、郷土の画家である中尾彰氏、吉浦摩耶氏のお二人の絵画の展示がとても良いです。
また、ゴヤの闘牛の版画も展示されていますが、これは東京の国立西洋美術館などの企画展として展示されてもおかしくないような貴重なものだと思います。
綺麗な庭園もあるので津和野へ訪れた際にはぜひ訪れることをおすすめします。
I think it's amazing to be able to visit such a wonderful museum with no admission fee.
The building itself is quaint, but the exhibition of paintings by local painters Sho Nakao and Maya Yoshiura is very good.
In addition, prints of Goya's bullfighting are also on display, but I think this is a valuable item that could be exhibited as a special exhibition at the National Museum of Western Art in Tokyo.
There is also a beautiful garden, so we recommend that you visit it when you visit Tsuwano.
