Adachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森の中にある小さな一軒家イタリアン。離山から長倉に移動して、雰囲気もグッと良くなりました。お味はふつうに美味しいのですが、特別なことはあまり感じられません。ランチのコースは4000円から。ーーークリスマスにディナーをいただきました。特別コースの一択。いずれの皿もまずまずでしたが、キタッラと信州牛フィレ肉の炭火焼がなかなかでした。 A small Italian house in the woods. 5	55kazuharu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元野菜をたくさん使った旨味たっぷりのイタリアン！アラカルトもあり！軽井沢の町から少し離れた中軽井沢。軽井沢のにぎやかな場所から中軽井沢ののんびりした雰囲気の道を車で走っていくと、白いおしゃれな建物が右手に見えます。それがこちらのモデストさんです。モデストさんでは、地元の直売所の野菜を使ったイタリアンです。この旨味の濃い野菜と魚介や肉類の旨味を合わせて美味しさを引き立てます。野菜の火の入れ加減が絶妙で、食感や香りなどをしっかりと感じられて軽井沢の野菜って美味しいなって純粋に思えるのがいいですね！ランチコースをいただきましたが、オーソドックスに美味しい素材を生かした調理法や味付けで心癒やされる感じでした。一言で言うと「優しい」味で、自然な甘さだったり美味しさです。パスタの生うにのトマトクリームソースも、ソースが程よい甘みと酸味なんですよね。このソース買えるのであれば買って帰りたいと思いました。笑メインの鴨胸肉のローストも野菜たっぷり。とても香りのよいマッシュルームと合いますね！全体的にお店の雰囲気も良いし、また訪れたいお店です。アラカルトで食べたいものを頼むことができるのも嬉しいですね。 Italian with plenty of umami using lots of local vegetables!
