★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの軽井沢方面来訪で、早めの夕方に伺いました。
季節の新鮮な素材に、季節の日本酒を、美味しく、居心地よく、リーズナブルにいただけるお店でした。
お刺身のツマも、ちょっとしただし汁まで！余すところなくいただきました！
〆にいただいた、わさび入りかんぴょう巻きは、またこれで一杯飲めます！一見ミスマッチなのに、絶妙！日本酒好きの方、食してみる価値あり、です。
次の季節が、そして翌年の夏がまた待ち遠しいお店です。
 I visited Karuizawa for the first time in a long time and visited early in the evening.
It was a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal sake with fresh seasonal ingredients in a delicious, cozy and reasonably priced manner.
The sashimi knob is also a little soup stock! I got it all!
You can drink a cup of Kanpyo roll with wasabi that you received at the end! At first glance it's a mismatch, but it's exquisite! If you like sake, it's worth a try.
I can't wait for the next season and the summer of the following year.

The horse mackerel that I received the other day and Namero were excellent. I remember that it was still delicious after a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理もサービスも最高でした。特に焼きおにぎりは今まで食べた中でも最高のものでした。お刺身はホタルイカを頼みましたが、とっても新鮮で美味しかったです。軽井沢でこれ程新鮮な刺身を食べられるとは、びっくりしました。日本酒も種類がたくさんあり選ぶのに困るほどです。また軽井沢に行くことが有れば必ず再訪したいです。
The food and service were excellent. Especially the grilled rice balls were the best I have ever eaten. I ordered firefly squid for sashimi, but it was very fresh and delicious. I was surprised to be able to eat such fresh sashimi in Karuizawa. There are so many types of sake that it's hard to choose. If I ever go to Karuizawa, I definitely want to visit again.

接客のお姉さんの小さい子供への対応が素晴らしい。
子供のオレンジに氷入れて大丈夫か、
おしぼりが熱いからとの注意喚起など、そのほか諸々、大体のお店でこちらから要望することをほぼ最初の時点で全てお姉さんから聞いてくれました。
日本酒に強いお店の様で、燗、ひや、冷それぞれのおすすめメニューがあり、分かりやすかった。
刺身の状態も良く、特にマグロ。(写真を撮り忘れましたが、、)生物苦手な妻がおかわりオーダーするほどでした。
料理も普通に美味しかった。
ただフォアグラ大根のフォアグラはちょっと微妙でしたが、、、
それがあまり気にならないくらいするくらい全体的に良いお店でした。
しっぽり和食で飲みたい方におすすめです。
家族連れでも楽しめます。
Visit with family. It is a very good shop where you can spend time with peace of mind even if you have small children.
The correspondence to the small children of the customer service sister is wonderful.

At the very beginning, my sister asked me about all the other things, such as calling attention to the fact that the hand towels are hot, and other requests from here at most shops.
It was like a shop that is strong in sake, and it was easy to understand because there were recommended menus for hot, hiya, and cold.
The sashimi is in good condition, especially tuna. (I forgot to take a picture, but ...) My wife, who is not good at living things, ordered another one.
The food was delicious as usual.
However, the foie gras of the foie gras radish was a little subtle, but ...
Overall it was a good shop so that it didn't bother me too much.
Recommended for those who want to drink Japanese food.
You can enjoy it with your family.

I came to Karuizawa for work and wanted to eat seafood, so I visited. All the fried sashimi was delicious ♪ Next time, I would like to have another sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randomly popped in and had a wonderful dinner. It was a Sunday night and the place was almost empty apart from one other customer whom we eventually had a great time chatting to - turns out to be the former CIO of Nomura Holdings (small world!).
Anyhow, the izakaya is cozy like many are and is helmed by a talented young head chef (27) whom adds some interesting flair to his food. We ordered ala carte (6 dishes) and two small bottles of sake, the bill came in at just under 8,000 yen which we thought was very reasonable. With the exception of the uni pasta and the tsukune (both just okay), the rest of the dishes including the cover charge entree were absolutely amazing. There is a 3,500 yen set meal which I'd like to try next time.
If you happen to be in Karuizawa, I'd highly recommend you to try this place.
