マスターはフライフィシングの名手でもあるみたいです。ハンバーガーに定評があるんでチーズバーガー食べてみましたが、本当においしい！ハルタに特注してるバンズの美味さもさることながら、ハンバーグがジューシーで肉肉しくて美味しい。トータルで美味しいハンバーガーが頂けます。さらに7枚重ねのパンケーキの生地も美味しい。深煎りコーヒーも好みだし。こいう観光客相手ではない素敵な店が別荘街とかにポツンと隠れてる軽井沢って奥が深いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白い木でできたお家でゆったりできるカフェ♡あっとほーむな雰囲気が大好きです。店長さんの趣味グッズがたくさん並んでいるのが、ローカルぽくて素敵です。置いてある本をいろいろ読んで楽しんでました。
早い時間に行ったから入れたけど、すぐ満席になってました。人気店なんだろうな。長居してごめんなさい。。
北欧の本が多かったのも好きポイントです。ここで読んだ料理本を後日自分でも購入しました。笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シンプルでナチュラルなシェーカースタイルのインテリアの店内にちょっとした雑貨や雑誌が置いてありホッと出来る雰囲気。ハンドドリップのコーヒーや注文してから作るハンバーガー、パンケーキはとても美味しかったです。主にマスター一人で切り盛りしているので平日訪問か連休中なら時間をずらして行くことお勧めです！

キーマカレー:一口目甘口を感じますが後からスパイスを感じる奥行きのある美味さ。
ベーコンチーズバーガー:ジューシーなのに油っぽさは全く無く、ペロッと食べられる一品。
スコーン:こんなに美味しいスコーンは他で食べたことない。素材の味がしっかり感じられてサクサク具合も絶妙。

Bacon Cheeseburger: Juicy but not greasy at all, it's a savory dish.
