Best Italian restaurant in japan

H	Hitomi B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りの店はどこも混んでいて、たまたま入りましたが、前菜からおいしかったです。特にピザは窯で焼いているから、香ばしくておいしかった！ The shops around me were all crowded and I happened to enter, but the appetizer was delicious. Especially the pizza was baked in the kiln, so it was fragrant and delicious!

This is the first time in 7 years. Nowadays, you can eat stone oven pizza here and there, but seven years ago there weren't many, and I think this was the best. I think the appetizer, pizza and pasta lunch is a good balance. However, although I feel that 3,000 yen per person is a little expensive for lunch, I think the ingredients are being scrutinized.

Y	Yoshihiro T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとしたイタリアンです。愛想のいいシェフが直々にピザを持って来てくれます。ピザは絶品で、生地まで美味しくいただけます。パスタも生パスタが印象的で、フルーツトマトのパスタは甘味があって子供は喜んで一皿食べていました。席数が多くないのですが、コスパも抜群で美味しいイタリアンが多数ある軽井沢でもかなりオススメ出来ると思います。予約はマストと思います。 It's a small Italian restaurant. A friendly chef will bring you the pizza in person. The pizza is excellent and you can enjoy the dough. Fresh pasta was also impressive, and the fruit tomato pasta was sweet and the children were happy to eat one plate. Although the number of seats is not large, I think that I can highly recommend it even in Karuizawa, where there are many delicious Italian restaurants with outstanding cost performance. I think the reservation is a must.

The chef knows what he is doing with the ingredients and for a place that is in the middle of nowhere, it is truly a delicious and need to have experience.
