やっと物件に向かうこになったかと思ったら、鍵を取りに行くのに付き合わされた。内見をして質問をしても、自分のところの管理物件じゃないから分からないと言う始末。事前に内見物件を指定しているのだから、多少は調べておけばいいのに。二度と行かない。
I made a reservation for the preview and told them the desired conditions, but I was often kept waiting, and I had to wait for more than an hour before going to the preview.
When I finally thought I was heading to the property, I went out to get the key. Even if I look inside and ask a question, I don't understand because it is not my own managed property. Since the preview property is specified in advance, I should check it a little. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介手数料無料というので、初期費用を抑えたくて見学を申し込みしたが、自分の都合が悪いとその物件はもう決まったと嘘をついて、とんでもない物件の見学に連れて行く。あまりにもあれもこれも急に決まったと見学キャンセルが多過ぎて不審に思い、他社で問い合わせたら実際は空きの状態だったのでこれまでの嘘が判明。最悪の対応。引越しは何十万のお金と心身共に大変な決断なのに馬鹿にし過ぎている。
Since there is no brokerage fee, I applied for a tour to keep the initial cost down, but I lied that the property had already been decided if it was not convenient for me, and took me to a ridiculous property tour. I was suspicious because there were too many cancellations of the tour because it was decided too suddenly, and when I inquired at another company, it was actually empty, so the lie so far was found. Worst response. Moving is a daunting decision, both physically and mentally, with hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it's too silly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買い物がてらふらっと立ち寄ったお店でしたが担当の方の対応が良くお話を聞く事にしました。
初めての一人暮らしで不安がありましたが多数の物件の中から私の条件に合う物件を幾つか提案頂きそのまま内見して契約。契約の際は不慣れな部分も多い私に丁寧に教えて頂き大変助かりました。若干、契約時に急かされてしまったのがマイナスポイントですが私も同職なのでその辺りは仕方なかったのかなと思います。
また機会があればお願いしたいです。

I was worried about living alone for the first time, but I got a suggestion of some properties that meet my conditions from a large number of properties and made a contract as it was. It was very helpful for me to teach me carefully when I signed the contract because there are many unfamiliar parts. The downside is that I was a little rushed when I signed the contract, but I think I couldn't help it because I'm in the same job.
