看護師さんはとてもいい人が多くて雰囲気はいいのになんだろあの院長あんまり耳が良くないっぽくて全くこちらの話を聞いてくれない。しかも証明書の発行1文しか書いてないのに3500円ありえない

と、腰が激痛でまっすぐ立てない状態で行ってみました。
もちろんレントゲン撮った。
先生は”風呂入ってんのか？”って感じの髪がギトギトで不衛生な感じ。
整形外科なのに自身が姿勢悪いし。
診断は「んー、分からないな。痛み止めを出しておくよ」
とロキソニンと胃薬。
1週間分貰って全く痛みが取れず再診したけど、ロキソニンと胃薬。
リハビリ施設（？）は係の人がテキパキ動き過ぎて付いて行けない。
こっちは体痛くて来てるんだよ？ 何、チャカチャカ移動するんだよ。
清算のカウンターに細かい置物沢山あり清潔感に欠ける印象。
駅の反対側にある川本整形外科に行ったら
「神経の痛みに単純な痛み止めのロキソニン出したって何の効果も無いよ」
と言われて違う薬を処方してもらったの飲んだら痛みが無くなった。
めっちゃくちゃポンコツ。会話も頭ごなしでこちらの話は一切聞かない横柄な態度。
人としても医者としても駄目だね。

女性の受付担当者から冒頭
「保険会社から同意書がないと最初に実費を5000円いただきますけど」
と言われました。

「予約は受け付けてません。来た順番で受け付けますが、最初に5000円はいただきますので、保険会社から電話させてください。」
と言われました。病院には少なからずこういう自己中なところはありますが、言い方には気をつけろよと思います。
医療を司る施設の方なら体の具合はどうでしょうか？とか最初に言ってほしいですよね。
とても高圧的かつ患者目線ではない対応にがっかりしました。
来院者をカモネギとしか思ってないのでしょうか。
すぐ電話を切りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても優しくていい先生です。膝の痛みがひどく来院しました。受付の方の対応は普通です。診察券を受け取らず箱に入れますが、リハビリだけの患者も多く、効率的でかえってありがたいです。
先生はあまり口が達者ではありませんが、自分の膝の上に、靴のままのわたしの脚をのせて触診して、写真を見ながら説明してくれました。
ここに来る前に行ったクリニックの医師がひどかったので、この先生は患者にきちんと向き合ってくれて、いい先生です。リハビリ施設も機器が揃っています。

たった7分まだ他の患者さんを診察してたみたいでした。コインパーキング代も無駄、仕事も残業せずに帰って来た、全て損をした感じ、たった7分ですよ、受け付けの人も先生に少し掛け合ってくれてもいいのにと思いました。患者は痛いから、苦しいから頼ってるのに人情も無い酷い病院だと今は、思ってます。

最悪だ！受付変えた方がいいと思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肩や腰で数回来院しましたが、とにかくリハビリに通えと言うだけで自宅でのケアについてはほとんど教えてくれません。
受付の方もリハビリの方にはとても優しいです。
忙しくてリハビリに通えない私としては何のために来院したのか⁉️という感じです。
以前通っていた整形外科の医師は自宅でできる体操などを教えて下さって改善できました。
その医師が引退してしまい新たに探していますが、中々良い医師に出会えず･･･また放浪の旅に出なければ･･･(T^T)
とにかく･･･ここにはもう行かないつもりです。
