★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車イス対応の入口、確かにあるけど、狭いところに無理やり造ったようなモノ。急坂で幅も狭く遠回り。中のエレベーターも狭いので、車イスと付き添い１名以外は ギリギリ乗れても遠慮して欲しいくらいせまい。
「メディカルモール」で在るが為に 車イス対応せずにはいられない感がある。
オススメではない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮膚科や整形外科、耳鼻科などが入っている。１階には調剤薬局もあり、動線はスムーズ。できてから日が浅いビルなので、とてもきれい。毎年クリスマスにはイルミネーションがきれい。地味な宮前平駅を少しにぎやかにしてくれる。

建物はきれいで、?もあり。電車の揺れがたまにおきます。
