医者の一方的な意見を述べられ、
飲み薬の痛み止めがだされ
結局、なんの解決にもならない現状です。とても残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生やスタッフさんの感じは良いのですが、コロナ対策に不安がありました。リハビリ担当の方が、自分の鼻水をティッシュで噛んだ手を消毒することなくそのまま患者さんに触れていました。感染対策を意識されていないのかとちょっと目を疑いました。リハビリ室も換気はされているようですが密です。

施術する方々も良いです。
普段から明るくていい病院だと思っていました。
が、混んでる日の受付が最悪でした。
誰とは書きませんがこちらとしては、絶対に忘れないくらいひどい対応でした。
具体的には忙しいからとか、話の節々にため息、たくさん待ちますよ、ネットから予約しました？そしてとにかく口調が強い。
帰れってこと？！って思いますね。
他の受付さんや待合室のお客さんも、ピリピリしてると感じてるようでした。
こちらも仕事をわざわざ休んで平日に行っているんです。出直せみたいに聞こえましたが、
本当にあなたはプロですか？と言いたくなります。
あんなに良いと思えてた病院が1人の一瞬の対応で悪いイメージとなりました。
病院に行って心傷つけられて帰る事になるとは夢にも思ってませんでした。
受付の人がこれを読めば自分の事だとわかるのではないでしょうか。
お世話になりましたが、もう行くことはありません。

！何であんなに怒ってるのか、何であんな言い方なのか。自分が対応悪い事に気づかないのでしょうか?他のスタッフは何も言えないのでしょうか？
後、このご時世に感染対策がされてなくて…体温も計らない、誰も手袋もアルコールもしてるの見たことない、リハビリ室も次から次へと案内してて拭いたりしてない。
待ち合いもリハビリ待ちも間隔空けてない。怖くて通うのやめました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフルエンザの予防接種で初めて伺いました。他院様に比べて1000円以上お安く大変助かりました。受付の方も先生も看護師さんも皆さま、とてもできる方ばかりなようで、ご説明・お手続き・問診全てに無駄がないのに、ニコニコと温かいご対応です。先生もとても明るく優しく接してくださいました。予約時間に1秒も遅れることなく通してくださり、看護師さんの処置も、びっくりするような早業で、本当に嬉しかったです。
I visited for the first time with influenza vaccination. It was very helpful because it was more than 1000 yen cheaper than other hospitals. The receptionist, teachers, and nurses all seem to be able to do it very well, and even though there is no waste in all explanations, procedures, and interviews, they are warm and friendly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチン接種で日時予約して行ったが、公道に四五十人の長蛇の列が出来ていました。なので、あきらめてキャンセルしました。なんのための予約なのか。このような対応をする病院は怪我をしても絶対にいきません。最低最悪です。星も付けたくないですが、付けないと投稿出来ないのでやむを得ずです。
