★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の耳垢掃除で行きました。嫌がる子供を看護婦と4人がかりで押さえつけ、無理やり耳垢を取ったせいで鼓膜に穴が空きました。翌朝起きたら枕が血だらけでした。他の耳鼻科に1ヶ月ほど通ってなんとか穴は塞がり大事には至りませんでしたが、もし耳に障害が残っていたら…とゾッとします。
二度と行きたくありません。訴訟も考えましたが、ここの耳鼻科のせいで穴が空いたという証明が難しいとのことで諦めます。
大切なお子様をもつ保護者の方は病院選びを慎重になさることをお勧めします。

When I woke up the next morning, my pillow was full of blood. After going to another otolaryngologist for about a month, I managed to close the hole and it didn't matter, but I was horrified if my ears were still damaged.
I don't want to go again. I considered a lawsuit, but I gave up because it was difficult to prove that there was a hole because of the otolaryngology here.
Parents with important children are advised to be careful when choosing a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけ医でなかなかインフルエンザワクチンの予約が取れず、初めてお世話になりました。
こちらのクチコミを見て少し心配もありましたが、幼児の予防接種には手慣れている様子で、あっという間でした。
病室や待合室から間近で電車が見えるのも、子供の気を引きやすくて助かりました。
絆創膏がキャラクターものだったり、帰りにガチャガチャコインをもらえたりと、おかげさまで子供も楽しく終わることができたようです。
また他で予約が取れなかったらお世話になりたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すこし前の話です。あまりに腹立たしかったので投稿します。小児科で流行っている様子なので、大人の話はまともに取り合ってもらえないようです。良性発作性頭位めまいの疑いで紹介されて行きましたが、話を聞いただけで「その判断はおかしい、あなたのめまいは耳鼻科じゃない」と言われて、他院をたらい回しにされました。脳外科でMRIをとり、総合病院で脳波をとり、どこも悪くありません。別のの耳鼻科でやっと診断がつきました。横になって左右を向いて、視界の平衡がとれるかどうかを見るだけでわかることでした。そういうことはなにもなさらなかったです。今年も脳ドックを受けてみましたが、今も元気にしています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から咳が出ると悪化し、他院では咳止めを処方してもらうが止まらずを繰り返していました。こちらで数値の高い喘息と判明してその後は良好です。まさか喘息とは驚きでした。クールな医師ですが、こちらは悩み相談に来てるのではないので、的確な判断と対応、無駄な時間を使わず良い医師だと感じています。優しくて話を聞いてくれて気持ちを同調してくれる病院はたしかに心も満たされます。しかし予約できるので診療のペースが速いのだと思います。私は良い病院だと思い、親子で電車で通っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 簡単な質問をしても返答がなく自分の話を被せてくるので不快になった。こんなに会話のキャッチボールができない医師は初めて。花粉症の内服処方が希望だったのだが必要としていない薬も処方され結局使うことがなく無駄になったのも残念。

人の話を最後まで聞かず、高圧的な態度で人の話の上から被せて自分の医学知識をひけらかすような医者です。
言葉のキャッチボールが出来ないので、患者から本音を聞き出すことは難しそう
高圧的態度へ送る看護師からの冷ややかな目が憐れみを誘いました
予約・会計システム等は便利なので、医師が退職したらいい病院になると思います

眠くならない薬が欲しいと事前の問診票に記入すると、今の薬は眠くなる薬なんてないから、知ってて当然でしょみたいな話をされ、かなりイラッとした。他にもイラつく場面はあったが、脳が話をシャットアウトしたので覚えていない。こっちは医学の知識ないので立場を考えて話した方がいい。ただ、もう2度行かないので直してもらう必要はない。

毎回、嫌な気持ちになります。
こちらの先生は、患者を労わるという根本的な部分が欠けてます。
花粉症に対する知識は素晴らしいのでしょうが、持論＞患者の話なので、持論から少しでも逸れたことを言うと、上から目線でまくし立ててきます。
そんな性質の方だと割り切って通っていましたが、やはり人柄に難ありなのでさすがにもう通いたくないです。
