k	kawa-saku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メルカリの発送でよく利用していましたが、半々の割合で接客態度がよく変わるイメージです。数件持ち込んでも文句を言われないこともあれば、1件持ち込んだだけでも不貞腐れた感じで対応されることもあります。しかも荷物の扱いも雑。特に朝方のシフトに入っているおばさん店員は大体感じが悪く、その時間は特に避けて利用するようにしています。・ケース1 とある朝、荷物を2件持ち込んだところ「両方ともですかぁ？」「(イライラしながら)荷物の中身はどれがどれだか分かってますか？」と嫌みたらしく対応される。その上、去り際に「おまたせしました！すみません！」と、こちらに聞こえるような声で言われる・ケース2 某日、荷物に伝票を入れる際に「出たゴミはここに捨ててください(イライラ)」と偉そうな態度で指図される。伝票の渡し方や荷物の扱いもすごく雑で、何から何まで脇にとりあえずポンと置き、折れ曲りや汚れを一切考慮しない。お金が発生しない作業だから舐めた態度をとってるんだろうが、お客さんもとい赤の他人に対して不遜な態度をとるような人間を雇う”低レベル”なお店では、そもそもモノを買う気にはなれないです。すぐ近所にあるセブンイレブンは店員さんの対応(接客態度)やサービスなどがはるかに充実しているので、利用するならそちらに行くことをオススメします。 I used to use it for shipping Mercari, but it seems that the customer service attitude changes frequently at a rate of 50%.
