医者の対応が塩。処方された薬4種を服用して3日が過ぎたが、1ミリも良くならず、絶賛睡眠不足。
1時間以上も待たされた挙句、藪医者だとは思わなかった。二度と行かない。
他のクリニックに行ったらすぐに治った。

先生は本当に大好きです。
ですが、受付方たちの態度があまりにも悪くなってしまったので、是非改善して欲しくて書きます。
初診の方への対応、最低です。
受付のボードに名前を書く書かないなんて、慣れてる方じゃないとわからないし、
それをご案内するのが受付だと思います。
私はネット予約で行ったので、受付でその旨伝えると番号札の紙を無言で置かれました。
保険証の取り扱いも、忙しいのはわかりますが、もう少し置き方あると思います。
午前の診療終了間近なので、気にするのはわかりますが、患者の目の前でそれをあからさまにするのは良くないと思います。
受付一部の方を除いた、他の方たち、先生は、本当に素晴らしいのに、残念です。
是非、最低限でいいので改善して頂きたいです。

先生はいつも話をよく聞いてくれ、丁寧な診察をしてくださっています。
１歳になる我が子も小児科での診察を補うように耳、鼻、のど、胸などをチェックしてくださり、深刻になる前に
中耳炎なども治療してもらって軽いうちに済みました。
私たち夫婦は、風邪やめまいなどの症状があるときにお世話になっています。
コロナ禍でも感染対策に配慮が行き届き、安心しています。
先生もスタッフも親切で信頼できます。
長年通って、この近辺ではこちらがお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、片耳だけ少し詰まった感じになり、まずは対処療法がないかとネットで色々検索してみたのですが、突発性難聴だった場合は早めの受診が良いと書いてあったので、こちらの耳鼻科に伺いました。
難聴の原因は様々で、発症にはストレス、過労、睡眠不足、不規則な生活などが引き金となるなどと言われており、全て当てはまっていました、、、、。
治療を受けながら、家での生活もストレスを軽減するなどの注意も必要になるようです。
また、耳の神経がダメージを負っている状態なので大きな音を聞かないようにしたほうが良いようで、通院中はイヤホンは使わずに生活してみました。
駅前でしたので初診の際も迷わず行けましたし、ネット予約もできるので通院も楽でした。
先生の診察も丁寧で安心できました。
今後も、風邪など体調が悪い時にお願いしようと思います。

友人から聞いていた通り、先生はとても優しく、私の話を丁寧に聞いてくださいました。
このご時世ですので、耳鼻咽喉科は行くのを躊躇いがちですが、こちらは感染対策もしっかりしているようで、安心して診察を受けることができました。

緊張しましたが先生はじっくりと話を聞いて下さり、丁寧に診察して下さいました。
おかげさまで違和感の原因もわかり、今では食生活に留意し、生活の質も向上してきました。
スタッフの方も親切で、もちろん感染対策もしっかりしていて安心しました。また何かあったら不安を抱えず診て頂こうと思います。

もう15年以上は通ってるので久しぶりに診察に行ったら自分のカルテの厚みに驚きました^^;
