★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦は本当に美味しい‼️そばつゆに付けるのがもったいない位です。ただ、11時半開店で(木)平日12:15分に伺ったら先客7名様いらっしゃり、十割そば売り切れ。二八そばと粗挽き田舎そばを注文しました。20分後に二八そばが出て来ました。食べ終わる頃に粗挽き田舎そばを出して頂いたのは嬉しかったです。十割そばを食べるには開店直後に行く方が良いかと思います。土日の限定そばも食べたいのですが開店直後に行かないと食べれないのかな？

To eat ten percent soba I think that it is better to go immediately after opening. I would like to eat Soba limited soba on Saturdays or Sundays, but can not I eat without going immediately after opening?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十割ざるを食す。丸富と同じ、吹き抜けの造り。駒ヶ根で食べた蕎麦の中で一番細いというより、今までの記憶の中で一番細い。香りも腰もあり、のど越しも良い。蕎麦湯は濃厚系。全体的に繊細な印象。完成度が非常に高いと思いました。
Eat 100% colander. The same atrium structure as Marutomi. Rather than being the thinnest soba I ate in Komagane, it is the thinnest soba I have ever remembered. It has a scent and waist, and has a good throat. Soba-to is a rich type. A delicate impression overall. I thought it was very complete.

お店の雰囲気も、お店の方も素敵です。
空いていると思って平日に伺いました。
本当に残念だったのは、年配の方々が大人数で大声でずっと話していたことです。マスクしてたのかな？
別のグループはだんだんマスクを外しての大声でおしゃべり。
テーブルに何も注意書はありませんでしたが、こういう時なのでどうかと思いますよね。

お店の方にアドバイスいただき、手碾き田舎蕎麦と野菜と山菜の天ぷらをいただく。蕎麦は細いがこしと香りよし。天ぷらも、山葡萄や葛の葉といった珍しいものなど楽しめました。
机に映り込む周囲の木々、窓辺の苔玉・・・。美味しく癒やされました。
I visited from Nagoya because I was attracted to the pictures of soba noodles in a lot of greenery.
With the advice of the shop staff, we will have hand-made countryside soba noodles, vegetables, and edible wild plants tempura. Soba is thin but has a nice scent. I also enjoyed tempura, such as wild grapes and kuzunoha.

喉越し、風味、出汁つゆの旨味、天ぷらの揚げ具合と素材のチョイス、全てが好みど真ん中。
佇まいやしつらえも相まって、私史上最高の蕎麦屋となりました。
I had coarsely ground and tempura.
I like the throat, flavor, umami of soup stock, fried tempura and choice of ingredients, all in the middle.
Combined with the appearance and arrangement, it has become the best soba restaurant in my history.
