★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とうじ蕎麦が冬季限定で食べられると聞いて初めて来てみました。前に松本の奈川で食べて美味しくて感動したので期待。
今回は鴨とうじ蕎麦を注文しましたが、期待通りの美味しさ。蕎麦はもちろんのことスープが美味しい！スープが足りなくなると一杯までは無料で追加して貰えます。具もタップリで大盛りにしなくてもまんぷくになりました。
とうじ蕎麦はお鍋の汁の中でカゴを使ってゆがいてから食べるのが、中々他に無い食べ方なので楽しいです。オススメ。
 I first came to hear that Toji Soba can be eaten only in winter. I ate it before in Nagawa, Matsumoto, so it was delicious and impressed.
This time I ordered duck and uji soba, but it tasted as expected. Delicious soup as well as soba! If you run out of soup, you can add it up for free. The ingredients also became full without having to make a lot of tappuri.
It is fun to eat tofu soba after using a basket in the soup of a pot and then eating it. recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かんてんぱぱ内にある、そば処栃の木へ行ってきました。小盛天ぷらそば1330円をいただきました。お蕎麦美味しい！天ぷらはサクサクに揚がっていて、お汁に漬けて食べてもいいし、お塩で食べても美味しかった。店員さんが漬けたと言う野沢菜も絶品でした♪店員さんもとても、気の利く方ばかりだしお店自体もキレイで気持ちよく利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました♡
I went to the soba restaurant Tochigi in Kantenpapa. I received 1330 yen for Komori Tempura Soba. Soba is delicious! The tempura was crispy and could be dipped in soup or salted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青大豆のおひたしが薄味で美味しかったです。連れが頼んだかしわ南蛮蕎麦は鶏もネギも美味しかったけど、連れには少しつゆの味が濃かったそうです。十割せいろ蕎麦は十割とは思えぬほどツルッとしていて、噛めば噛むほど蕎麦独特の甘みがして美味しかったです。店員さんも小麦アレルギーの事を大変気遣ってくれて感謝しております。
The green soybeans were light and delicious. The chicken and green onions were delicious, but the companion had a slightly strong soup flavor. The 100% bamboo steamer soba was so smooth that I couldn't believe it was 100%, and the more I chewed it, the sweeter it was and the more delicious it was. I am grateful to the clerk for taking great care of allergies to wheat.

蕎麦は十割、細めでした。汁は濃いめです。とにかく天ぷらがサクサク衣が薄くて美味しいです。
最後のそばつゆも濃厚で、満足できるランチでした。

手続きをしてメルアドを入力すると、車の中で待っていてもお知らせが届き、待ち時間や、待ち組数もネットでわかります。
30分もかからずお店に入れました。
蕎麦の唐揚げ、煮豆（一人娘）を出していただきました。
限定の10割そばは、食べ応えがあり、天ぷらもサクサクで美味しかったです。
お店の方はどの方も感じが良く、店内も清潔でコロナ対策もしっかりされています。
広い敷地で木々に囲まれて、野鳥観察もできます。

待ち時間あるのは覚悟してましたが、表示が『30分』なのに、倍の１時間待たされたのはいただけませんね。
店内広くてキレイですけど、配膳や片付けが追いついてないのでしょうか。
でもお店は気持ちいいロケーションにあり、店外で待つ時間もストレスは感じませんでした。
注文は、田舎そばを天ぷら付きで。
太くてもちもちした田舎そばは美味しいです。
蕎麦の風味は弱いかな。
天ぷらは普通に美味しいです。
機会あれば、また立ち寄りたいと思います。
