The main building is a museum,from where you can see the garden.
In the garden ,
there are a few nice restaurants and cafe.
There is also a very famous cafe,
Which makes you feel you were in Europe instead .
But without a reservation, you will be told to wait for about 1 hour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are currently displaying an impressive collection of paintings from the Yoshino Gypsum collection (until 20 Jan 2020). Renoir, Monet, Picasso, Chagall, Degas and many more. There is a small section where photos are allowed, but the paintings are something else to see up close. Well worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice exhibit of impressionist art. Snapped a pic of this introduction to the exhibit and a staff worker tolde no photographs are allowed. Not even of the intro text, let alone the artworks. They're awfully strict about this here. The images below are just some shots from the exhibit flyer and a few postcards.
The exhibit included works by Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, Degas, Cassatt, Sisley, Chagall, Cezanne and others. Good stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This museum may not house some of the most comprehensive works of the impressionists or realist masters, but it does have enough of a representative set of works by Manet , Renoir , Van Gogh, and Picasso to make any art enthusiast appreciate this collection. Add to that, the art work is housed in a Victorian style building - something that is truly unique in Tokyo. I am tempted to take away a star for them not having English audio guides however their collection speaks for themselves....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here in 2018 during the Les Mondes de Chaumet exhibition. The entire exhibits were extraordinarily stunning and tagged with well written explanation. The souvenirs are equally elegant too. My visit was a wonderful experience.
Classic looking, tranquil ambience, well maintained museum located in quiet neighborhood.
