M	Masahiro OKUBO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禁煙とかバリアフリーとかミシュランとか、現代の価値観で測ってほしくないお店。一人とか二人で来て、美味しいお酒とお寿司を頂いて、落ち着いた時間を楽しむ、絶滅に瀕した昭和の秘密基地だと思ってます。この空間を壊したくないから、口コミもかなり迷ったけれど、本当にこの店を探している人もいると思うので。 Shops you don't want to measure with modern values such as non-smoking, barrier-free and Michelin. I think that it is a secret base of the endangered Showa era where one or two people come and have delicious sake and sushi and enjoy calm time. I didn't want to break this space, so I was pretty worried about the word of mouth, but I think some people are really looking for this store.

ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを食べに入りました。店内は狭いですが、昔ながらの寿司屋と言った感じですね。家族経営の様です。頼んだのは《サービスランチ・握り》950円です。サラダと味噌汁が付きます。サラダは盛り付けは雑でしたが、使っている野菜の品目は多く、鮮度も良かったです。ドレッシングは市販の物でしょうね。寿司はネタはランチとしては充分な物でしたが、トロタクの細巻きのマグロの鮮度は良くなかった様に思えます。先ず色が薄茶っぽくて、食べるまで納豆沢庵巻きだと思っていました。脂も乗っていないマグロだったので、色が変わった物なのかも。そして、握りが、かなり雑でした。巻物はキッチリ巻かれていませんし、握りは形が歪で、持つと崩れそうに成ります。玉子も店で焼いた物ではないと思います。味噌汁は甘海老の頭を使った物でした。此方は美味しかったです。握りのネタは悪くないですし、値段を考えたら充分だとは思います。しかし、雑な仕事が随所に見られるし、食べている私の目に付く場所で新聞を読み出すのもどうなのかなと。何だか適当にやっている感が有りましたね。ごちそうさまでした。 I started eating lunch. The salad was roughly arranged, but the vegetables used were many and the freshness was good. I think the dressing is commercially available. The sushi was good enough for lunch, but it seems that the freshness of Trotaku's thinly rolled tuna was not good. First of all, the color was light brown and I thought it would be nattozawaan until I ate it. It was a tuna that did not have any fat on it, so it may have changed colors. And the grip was pretty rough. The scroll is not tightly wound, and the grip is distorted in shape, and if you hold it, it will collapse. I don't think eggs are baked in the store. The miso soup was made from the head of a shrimp. This one was delicious. The grip is not bad, and I think that it is enough considering the price. However, I can see a lot of rough work everywhere, and why not read the newspaper at a place where I'm eating? There was a feeling that it was doing something appropriate. Thank you for the meal.
