突き出しでいただいた写真の油で揚げたそばは手でぼりぼりいただきました。そのままで美味しかったです。
カウンター8席、座敷4席×2の計16席ありました。
2Fにもあるのかもしれませんが確認してません。
お酒は飲まないのでわかりません。

以前から気になっていた「さがや」さんにお邪魔しました。
店内はカウンター席メインの小さな感じです。店主と思われる方が一人で切り盛りしていました。13：30LOだと思うのですが、私が入店したのが13：15頃。それでも3人お客さんがいました。人気店なのでしょう。
注文は「天ぷらせいろ」。お値段は¥1300で、この近辺では妥当な価格設定です。盛りは比較的少なく感じました。
しかし味は満点。蕎麦も天ぷらも美味しい。美味しい天ぷらは、衣がカリカリサクサクしているイメージがあります。しかしここの天ぷらはそこまでサックサクではありません。なのに美味しい。塩がよく絡みます。
お蕎麦は透明感のあるさわやかな味わいでした。そばつゆの主張が少ないせいか、お蕎麦本来の味を楽しむことができます。
お店の方は他の方のレビューにもある通り、確かに愛想は良くないです。しかし、最低限の接客はしてくれますし、コロナのこともあるのでそれでいいと私は思いました。味は確かです。

I visited Mr. Sagaya, who had been anxious for a long time.
The inside of the store is a small counter seat. The person who seems to be the shopkeeper was working alone. I think it's 13:30 LO, but I entered the store around 13:15. Still, there were three customers. It's probably a popular store.
The order is "Tempura Bamboo Steamer". The price is ¥ 1300, which is a reasonable price around here. I felt that the prime was relatively small.
However, the taste is perfect. Both soba and tempura are delicious. Delicious tempura has the image that the batter is crispy. However, the tempura here is not so crispy. But it's delicious. Salt is often entwined.
The soba had a clear and refreshing taste. You can enjoy the original taste of soba, probably because there are few claims about soba soup.
As you can see from the reviews of other people, the shop is certainly not friendly. However, I thought that it would be okay because it would provide the minimum amount of customer service and there would be a corona. The taste is certain.

折角長野まで来たのだからやはり蕎麦を食べて千葉に帰ろうと嫁と話が纏まって此方にお邪魔することになりました。?
舞茸天、とり天、鴨南蛮蕎麦、きのこ蕎麦を注文。
舞茸天は抹茶塩、とり天は天つゆで天ぷらを堪能しました。?
さがやさんの天ぷらは美味しいです。舞茸天はやはり抹茶塩が合いますね。?
鴨南蛮蕎麦は鴨肉が柔らかく、蕎麦の汁に甘みもあり細切りの蕎麦ともども美味しくいただけました。
でも、このお蕎麦なら笊蕎麦で食べた方が良かったかなと少し後悔。?
美味しいお蕎麦と天ぷらご馳走さまでした。

Because I came to Orikado Nagano, I decided to eat soba and go back to Chiba. ?
Ordered Mushroom Ten, Tori Ten, Kamo Nanban Soba, and Mushroom Soba.
Maitake mushrooms enjoyed matcha salt and Toriten enjoyed tempura with tempuyu. ?
Saya's tempura is delicious. After all, matcha salt goes well with Maitake mushrooms. ?
The duck meat was soft in duck nanban soba, the soba juice had a sweet taste, and it was delicious with shredded soba.
But I regret whether it was better to eat this with soba noodles. ?
Delicious soba and tempura feast.

NTT ル・パルク西後町第一parkingへ入れたので￥100だったが。
こじんまりした店でした。
信濃町霧下そばのニ八です。
天せいろを頼んだが￥1,350と、お値ごろだが天ぷらもそばもまあまあ普通でした。
霧下そばだからな、どうしても一番好きな富倉蕎麦と比べちゃう。
それ程量も多くは無いが若くは無いので足りました。
愛想は良くも悪くもなくって感じでした。
わざわざ車では行かないな。
酒のつまみはありそうなのでサラリーマンが仕事帰りにちょいと寄るには良いかも？

It was 100 yen because I entered NTT Le Parc Nishigomachi Daiichi parkinging.
It was a small shop.
This is Nihachi near Kirishita, Shinano Town.
I ordered a bamboo steamer, but it was 1,350 yen, which was reasonably priced, but the tempura and soba were reasonably normal.
Because it's Kirishita soba, I definitely compare it with my favorite Tomikura soba.
Not so much, but not young, so it was enough.
The amiability was neither good nor bad.
Don't bother to go by car.
There seems to be a liquor snack, so it may be good for office workers to drop in on their way home from work.
