九一そば、大変美味しく頂きました。 天ぷらもサクサクです。 店内は混雑する事なく、安心して食事が出来ます。
Ninety-one soba was very delicious. Tempura is also crispy. The inside of the store is not crowded and you can eat with confidence.

祝日の昼に2名で訪店。テーブル席に案内される。やはり、善行寺参りの方々が多かった印象です。 九一(クイチ)そばが登録商標となっているようです。 看板の一品御膳そばと天もりそばを注文。 御膳そばには栞が添えられて、食べ方の講釈があります。 まずは、そのまま、次に…という具合。 確かに、コシがあるそばです。のど越しもよいと思いますが、香りはそれほどではないのかな? 天もりのそばとの違いは、素人の一見さんにはわかりませんでした。 天ぷらも、衣が厚い方ではなく美味しかったです。 けど、蕎麦のつゆは別添えがいいのではないかと思う派です。 御膳そばは、お猪口ですが、天もりは大きめなのですが…。そこは残念。

It seems that Kuichi Soba is a registered trademark. I ordered one of the signboards, Gozen Soba and Tenmori Soba. A bookmark is attached to the set soba, and there is a lecture on how to eat it. First, as it is, then ... Certainly, it is a buckwheat noodle that is chewy. I think it's good to go through the throat, but isn't the scent so much? The difference from the soba noodles of Tenmori was not understood by the amateur reservation. The tempura was also delicious, not the one with thick batter. However, I think the soba soup should be served separately. Gozen soba is an inoguchi, but the heavenly soba is rather large. That's a shame.

長野市で1番好きなそば屋さんです。 長野のそばを堪能するなら、ぜひ温かいそばではなく、冷たいそばを食べてみてください。 天ぷらも美味しかったです。
This is my favorite soba restaurant in Nagano city. If you want to enjoy Nagano soba, please try cold soba instead of hot soba. The tempura was also delicious.

A sign states that their soba is made by 9:1 of Soba flour: Flour. 6:4 or 7:3 may be seen but 9:1? As we felt their soba making pride, we decided to in this restaurant with little anxiousness. As we have tasted one, then two bite, we realized how their soba is different from others and appreciated a moment. This soba made all other soba that we have eaten past few years like a Fast Food. Imamura Soba's soba has texture and flavor that we had never tasted before. Even after the meal, warm Soba-yu in a cup remind of me that rich flavor of soba. It was truly Zen moment for us.
