Visit the store by looking at the self-ground 100% buckwheat noodles and online. Large serving of lunch soba 1000 yen Order 100 yen for large serving excluding tax. For 100%, it had a nice throat and aroma, and it was a good match, but it wasn't impressive. There is a problem with the delivery time. I didn't have to have the soba salad in the set. It is a level that is just put out without being particular about it. Tempura is not bad, but it is normal. It's too fried for vegetable tempura and the batter is delicate. I cook kaiseki, so the standard is quite high. Cospa is the best. If you are aiming for the top, it is perfect if the buckwheat is ripened, temperature and humidity controlled and aged to make a difference. good luck.

It's about 7.8 minutes on foot from Nagano Station, and when you go down the stairs to the basement, the atmosphere is excellent. It was lunch at this time, but the lighting was not too bright and not too dark, and I could hear it lightly from the old JBL who didn't like jazz. Is it a small amount for me to see the menu and the pictures of the people here? I ordered 4 large servings of soba noodles and the life of Heartland. I'm glad I had a day off ω 4 kinds of tempura from the attachment? , I enjoyed two kinds of soba. This is my first experience eating soba with salt, and the unique aroma of soba as a plant stands out even more. From now on, salt will be a must. The snow on the way out was just falling and it didn't get so wet, and it was in the state shown in the photo after lunch for about an hour. You shouldn't underestimate the snow in Nagano in January. Even if you are walking, your visibility will be poor. It was a good experience including that!

We had a set lunch comprising of fried soba salad, 3 veggie tempuras, soba, soba soup, and soba chiffon. They grow their vegetables so the vegetables were really fresh and sweet, and somehow did not taste even a tiny bit oily although it was served as tempura. Soba had a very good texture. We paid under 1k jpy per person.

It's a small, cosy basement restaurant, with dimmed lighting to create atmosphere... great, otherwise, but no measures seem to be in place to keep customers socially distanced in this current climate. Service is slow, as it looks like it's only one man manning the kitchen, and he also serves food to the tables too. Foodwise, the salad was fresh and crispy, the tempura, light and crispy, but unfortunately the soba was quite bland. For me, the best part of the meal was the soba-yu (soba broth) served at the end, it was flavorful and wholesome. As the girl at the counter isn't the most attentive waitress ever, I don't recommend coming here if you are short on time.

Very nice place if you want to try LOCAL FOOD. You can experience a set of different dishes based on soba (soba soup, soba, desert made of soba, soba cookies ...). The chief was very friendly. He barely spoke English, but it was not a problem. Two set are available. One around ~1'500JPY (5 dishes including soba) and one about ~2'500JPY. The menu is in Japanese, but just pick one according to how hungry you are and let the chief do the rest. The atmosphere was delightful. The place is about 10 seats. The only downside is that, he is working alone. The dishes come one after another. So don't be starving. You need to count at least 1h30 for the small set. The fact that the dishes come one after another might be an issue for some people. Consider this place as a good opportunity to try new tastes and not to fill your stomach. I would not recommend you this place if you are not patient and eat a lot.

This is a local soba dining bar on the backstreet. You can enjoy soba course as chef’s choice, by only approximately 3,000 yen without alcohol. Though make sure you don’t have soba allergy, if you have it, the shock would be so strong as you might die.

Was served by the sweetest restaurant owners who lovingly whipped up the most delicious Soba Omakase for us (Starter - fried soba with veggies, main - cold soba with 3 kinds veggie tempura). It’s the best veggie tempura I’ve ever had; the tempura was lightly fried and I could taste the natural sweetness of the homegrown veggies! They also very kindly offered soba chiffon after the meal to end it off on an even sweeter note!
