★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! Food was delicious and the staff were excellent. The chef even selected beginner sake for my wife's first try. Prices were extremely reasonable for the quality. Would recommend to anyone and very keen to get back there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there three times on different weekday evenings. Tiny place with no seat available. They can only serve like 8 people at a time. Last time I went, showed up 10 minutes before opening and he said I had to have a reservation. So I just could never try it. Must be super good. My advice though, is not to think you can show up and get served. It’s very selective and small. Exclusive place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really delicious sushi, chef roll & sweet egg roll. Fully booked on weekends and sometimes on weekdays. Make reservation if you want to go at 6pm or 7pm. If you did not make reservation, go after 8.30pm or 9pm. That's what I did. Chef and staff are very friendly. Cover charge ¥380. Drinks from ¥500. 10pc sushi ¥1980.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to eat sushi here, you should eat not just sushi. The local sake and food are delicious. If you only want to eat sushi, I think you should go to a cheap sushi restaurant around there. The owner here recommends eating sushi without soy sauce. very delicious. About 7000 yen per person for food, sake and sushi. If there is no reservation, it will be difficult to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't listen to the reviews saying they reject foreigners, the staff was very welcoming and nice all along, and they brought a menu in English.
Probably the best sushi I have had in Japan so far, the proportion of rice is perfect and the fish pieces melt in the mouth.
Although it's a bit on the expensive side, it is totally worth the price and pretty normal for this kind of place (don't expect kaitenzushi prices).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too engrossed in eating that I didn't take much pictures. Tucked in a corner of a small hidden street, warm and cosy feeling upon entering the shop. The young master is friendly and he runs the place like a boss(literally since he's one ?). Everything that was ordered was extremely delicious, and I had the best chawamushi in my life, freshly prepared and steamed infront of you. A place not to be missed if you're around the corner.
