★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江户前寿司的店。午餐晚餐各有两个菜单提供。都只提供无菜单料理，也就是厨师决定上什么菜。不过看情况似乎一直就只有这一套固定菜单，并不怎么随时令变化。午餐的价格更友好一些，大概3300含税。晚餐一万多。午餐只有10贯寿司，肯定吃不饱。但是体验非常棒，可以拍照，味道也很好。厨师会告诉你有的不需要蘸酱油。This is a Edomai style sushi restaurant. Only 2 menu set are available. They are all Omakase, which means the chef would decide what you eat. But it seems that they offers the same set every time. Price at lunch is fair enough. About 3300 yen including tax. Only 10 nigiri sushi would be provided. Great experience. Taste also super good.
 Edo-mae sushi restaurant. There are two menus for lunch and dinner each. They only serve menuless dishes, which means the chef decides what to serve. However, it seems that there has been only this set of fixed menus, and it does not change constantly. The price of lunch is more friendly, about 3300 including tax. Dinner is more than ten thousand. There are only 10 pieces of sushi for lunch. But the experience was great, you could take pictures and taste good. The chef will tell you that you don't need to dip in soy sauce. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place. This place sits in the busy Nishiki market, and is a quiet gem in the crowded neighborhood.
The place has an Omekase menu.
We took the premium 10 sushi course with Miso soup. The sushi was amazing and the chefs, very professional.
Overall an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there two times, few days before Kyoto marathon. I've been to many michelin starred restaurants so far, one of them in Kyoto. Compared to them Sushi Shin is tremendous value for money. Top quality in relaxing athmosphere. Will come again, if I visit Kyoto again ...
