この日は会社帰りに銀座で晩飯。 お洒落な店ではなく下町中華に訪問しました。 お店の名前は中華三原。 東銀座と銀座駅の間くらいにあって こんな空間が?って驚く雰囲気でした。 店内も赤いカウンターが渋くて、 男性が一名で営業されてました。 壁に貼られたメニューを見ると麺類、ご飯ものがいろいろあります。 今回は炒飯を注文。 提供されたのを見るとかなりのボリュームです。 中華スープが別に提供されました。 具材はチャーシューと玉子のシンプルな構成です。ただ、このチャーシューがめちゃ量が多くて食べ応えがあります。 しっかりとした歯応えで腹膨れるな。 やや油分多いかなという印象だったけど味付けはちょうどいい塩梅で美味しい。 スープもいい箸休めになるので瞬殺で食べ終わりました。 いいお店でした。 タンメンも美味しそうなので食べてみたいかなって思います。 #東京都

■アクセス 東京メトロ日比谷線、都営浅草線・東銀座駅より徒歩1分 ■訪問回数 初めて ■用途 1人でディナー ■概要 銀座の路地裏にお店を構える老舗の中華料理屋さん。 創業は1960年代という歴史あるお店で、長らく愛されている名店です。 銀座の街とはギャップを感じる大衆系の店内では、マスターがお一人で調理から提供までやられております。 ■メニュー 席にメニュー表などは無く、お店の外に麺類のラインナップは記載されていました。 事前リサーチでこちらの炒飯が美味しいという情報を仕入れていたので、この日は炒飯(850円)をオーダー。 プラス100円で大盛が可能とのことだったので、そちらも併せてお願いしました。 ■感想 ワンオペなので提供に時間がかかるかと思いきや、意外に早くお料理が運ばれてきました。 炒飯には中華スープがついてくるようです。 まず驚いたのは炒飯の恐ろしいボリューム。 写真だと伝わりにくいですが、ご飯茶碗5,6杯分はあろうかという量です。 デフォルトでもかなり多く、大盛は胃袋に自信がある人でないと厳しそうです。 味はがっつりと濃いめの味付け。 サイコロ状の豚肉がたくさん入っており、豚の旨味も感じられます。 卓上にはラー油、コショウ、酢などがあり、食べ進めながら好みのアレンジを加えることが出来ます。 ラー油の辛味が結構強く、個人的に好みでした。 タンメンなども美味しいとのことで、また食べに伺いたいと思います。 ご馳走様でした。

東銀座のど真ん中に取り残されたような小路地、三原小路にある中華三原。17時オープンなので中々食べる機会がなく初トライ。 おじちゃんの1人回しだが次々とお客さんが入ってくる。 名物はタンメンと炒飯。ずっと食べたかったボリューミーな炒飯を注文。醤油味濃いめ、パラパラな、ザ・街中華なやつ。

The very best ramen in Ginza and one of the greatest ramen restaurants in Tokyo! The ramen costs just 500 yen in the middle of Ginza. Tanmen is also recommended, it's a local favorite menu. It's a taste of happiness. Chahan (Yakimeshi) costs 850 yen, relatively expensive in the restaurant but it's really good. Another really amazing menu is the Stir-fried vegetables set meal(Yasai Itame Teishoku), a dish filled with a mountain of stir-fried vegetables and some pork meat. Wonderful! If you're in Ginza at weekdays lunchtime, you should experience the happiness.

No frills Hole-in-the-Wall restaurant in Ginza. I felt very welcome even though I did not understand a single word they were saying. The old lady which was a clerk and waitress was very helpful and always smiling. I had to wait around 10 minutes in line, but it was worth it. There is no menu other than a red sign written in Japanese, but I pointed to the photo on my phone and they prepared it quickly. Food was delicious and cheap - my vegetable ramen was 700 yen and it had more veggies than any other ramen I've had in Tokyo. Would come back several times to try other dishes!
