The overall experience was average with what appears to be a busy restaurant, single travellers are placed at a bar style seating facing each other. Unfortunately I had a glutton directly in front of me which was a huge turn off, but that’s just plain bad luck.

The restaurant is located in Nagano station which is convenient. You can see the chef making fresh soba in the front of the restaurant. The cost was reasonable and there is nice seating that overlooks the city.
