A Japanese restaurant that can be used for dinner near Nagano Station is “Japanese Cuisine Shinano” on the second floor of Hotel Metropolitan Nagano. Not only the food is delicious, but also the dishes are particular, and we had a great time. Next time I would like to go to the sushi counter and teppanyaki.

レアを頼んだらお肉の中は冷たく表面だけ焼きました感。
5,800円のサーロインのコースに50gの股肉足しましたが、この内容でこの値段は高い。
ちゃんとしたところで修行しろ。
案内係りの人、ホテルのレストランとは思えない接客。
店に入るときに普通は羽織もの預かるのに、それをしない。
暗い。
メトロポリタンの名が泣きます。

タダでも二度と食べないし、気を付けた方が良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お値段はそこそこするが、季節のあしらいが美しく、吟味された素材に満足。うつわも見事で目も舌も楽しませてくれる。帰りの時間を気にせず楽しめるのもよかった。
The price is reasonable, but the seasonal treatment is beautiful and I am satisfied with the carefully selected materials. The container is wonderful and the eyes and tongue are entertaining. It was good to be able to enjoy it without worrying about the time to return.
