★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a place for dinner and chance upon this at the JR Nagano station. The Pork Loin is supposed to be a specialty. If you like something leaner, take the pork fillet. The standard portion is huge and half of it is make up of shredded cabbage.
