鳴	鳴護 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的にラーメン屋と言ったら「このラーメンが店のウリです」っていうのが1、2種類なのが大半で、実際自分もそのこだわりをいただきたくていろいろなラーメン屋に足を運んでいますが、一八さんのラーメンは何を食べても「おいしい」と感じられます。しょうゆだったら魚介の風味の効いたあっさり目だし、しおは深みがあって満足感が最高、油そばも提供されてますがそれも他の店に負けないくらいおいしい。流れでつけ麺も食べてみたいなと思います。いちど限定でもいいから出してくれないかな。絶対おいしい笑 Basically, when it comes to ramen shops, most of them say "this ramen is the store's selling point", and in fact, I also go to various ramen shops because I want to get that particular attention. け	けーとー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で来るたびにリピート来ております。北の大地のみそらぁ麺 830円が1番好きです。牡蠣のエキスも使用しているので、香味野菜などのスープのコクや旨味のあと、最後に牡蠣のエキスで締まるなんとも言えない絶妙な本当に美味しいスープで、今まで食べたことない味噌ラーメンです。他店では味わえない、個人的にはベスト味噌ラーメンだと思います。ただ、最初に食べたこの味噌ラーメンが美味すぎて毎回食べたくなり、ほかのメニューにまだあり付けておりません。いつか他のも食べたいなぁ… Every time I come to work, I come back repeatedly. 菊	菊井一之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼にぼしらぁめん【麺屋一八】@ 愛知県知多郡武豊町鹿ノ子田。躍動する焼き干しの香ばしさとそれを支えている鶏が主軸の半濁スープ。深みがあって美味いし、あおさ海苔が名脇役として一躍を担っている。しなやかなコシのある麺もしっかりと寄り添っているし具材も丁寧に作り込まれた一杯だ。 Niboshi Ramen [Menya Ippachi] @ Kanokoda, Taketoyo-cho, Chita-gun, Aichi Prefecture. A semi-voiced soup with a lively aroma of dried and chicken and the chicken that supports it. It is deep and delicious, and sea lettuce seaweed plays a supporting role. The supple and chewy noodles are firmly snuggled up, and the ingredients are carefully crafted.
U	UNO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坦々麺を食べました。感想、めちゃ美味しかったです。お汁が濃厚で麺も私好みでした。次回は違う種類のラーメンにチャレンジしたいな！餃子と焼売は普通でした。麺類がお勧めですね！ I ate dandan noodles. The impression was really good. The juice was rich and the noodles were my favorite. Next time I want to try a different kind of ramen! Dumplings and shumai were normal. Noodles are recommended!

Nonetheless it is delicious. Gyouza and fried rice are home made. Friendly staff Cash only. As the place has been recommended in Michelin guide it has become a busy spot and waiting has to be expected.

The subtle soup went well with the very tasty meat toppings. Also tried the abura soba. The kare flavor went well witht the smoked chicken toppings.
