納車時にやりますからと。
納車時にされてるかと思ったらやはり細かい箇所に関しては、明らかに手抜きと分かる状態だった。
安かろう、良かろうならわかるが店長、スタッフの対応含めて最悪。
2度と買いません。

中古なので傷だらけだったんですが、綺麗に消してくれたのですごく嬉しかったのと感動でした（笑）
中古でもおすすめはこれですって言ってくれてたのですごい良かったです（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の休憩中に車の納車についてのことを聞きたく電話をしたら｢担当が今違うお客様の接客をしている｣と言われ、｢では、17過ぎ頃に仕事が終わるのでその時なら大丈夫でしょうか？｣と言ったら｢分かりました｣と言われたので電話を切り、17時頃にまた電話をしたら全く繋がらなく、翌日同じ時間帯に電話をかけたら｢担当の者が接客を…｣と言われました。接客するのはいいけど謝罪とかないのかと思いました。(連絡がついたのが一回目に電話した日から4日後でした)
修理に出すと連絡ないのが当たり前。
さすがに対応が酷すぎます。
売るだけ売りたいだけなんでしょう。
もう、他のメーカーさんに移ろうとしています。
ガッカリです
車を購入しようとしてる方は直ぐにやめた方がいいです。
ここで買うんじゃなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乗ってた車のエンジンの調子がおかしくなりこちらの店で車を購入 いつ壊れてもおかしくない状態だった為 快く納車まで代車を貸して頂いたうえ無理難題な注文も、こころよく聞いて頂き、壊れた車を買った中古車屋より全然良い店でした。また今度買い換える時も、こちらを利用したいと思います。
