ま	まつゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイフォンラーメンを食べました。出汁の香りがすごくて、おおっ！となった。味も濃くて満足できた。しいて言うなら醤油が強すぎたので、出汁をもっと存分に感じたかった。半チャーハンもいただいたが、味がめちゃくちゃ薄かった。しかし、入ってる焼豚の量は十分で、久々に焼豚がたっぷり入ったチャーハンを食べたと思う。 I ate siphon ramen. J	Jiro Kiwamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事の帰りに立ち寄った。看板メニューのサイフォンラーメンを注文。サイフォンで一杯毎にダシを取っているらしい。醤油に刻みネギ、シナチク、チャーシュー、半玉、のりの一般的な具材の載ったシンプルな中華そばに見えるが、一口スープを啜ると、口の中でダシの風味が溢れ出す。麺とのマッチングも文句なく、スープの強さに完全に喰われない麺を使っている。炙りチャーシューの香ばしい脂がスープに溶け出して、さらに一段上の深みがあるように感じた。丼の底までスープも完食させてもらった。無化調淡麗が好きなら、間違いなくオススメできる。同じサイフォンの塩ラーメンや担々麺も非常に気になるので、是非再訪して堪能してみたい。ごちそうさまでした。 I stopped by on my way home from work. く	くろまお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の13時頃お邪魔しました。店内はカウンター5.6席くらい、テーブル3.4くらいで満席に近い状態でした。スタミナラーメン920円を注文。見た目から力が湧いてきそうなビジュアル。しっかり分厚く長さ20センチくらい？のチャーシューが2枚！脂に甘みが感じられます。麺はこだわりの小麦という事で、他ではあまり見ない全粒粉麺が美味しいです。味はしっかり目で、人によっては濃いと感じるかもしれません。大盛りは120円プラスでできるようですが、充分お腹いっぱいでした。美味しかったです。次は坦々麺、醤油ラーメンと試してみたいと思うお店でした。ご馳走様です。 I visited you around 13:00 on Sunday.
