係	係長たぬきち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもお洒落なつけ麺屋さん。と、言うよりはラーメンbarと言った方が似合うか。看板はラーメンつけ麺で推しているが、店内はお酒の取り扱いが充実しており、特に日本酒や焼酎は良いものが揃っている。オーナーなのか女性が一人で切り盛りしており、様々なお酒に合う創作料理を提供してくれる。今回は他でそれなりに飲んだ後の来店だったので〆につけ麺をオーダー。入口入ってすぐの券売機にて食券を買ってから着席するスタイル。提供されるつけ麺は食用花が添えられており華やか。盛り付けがとてもセンスがあって女性受けする。器もそれとなくお洒落なものが使われている。お味は一般的にいう濃厚魚介系、そこまでクドくなく、それでいてしっかりと濃厚さは出ている。麺は太麺でモッチリ、小麦の香りが良いので一口目はスープに漬けずに麺のみ楽しんでみると良い。ラーメン、つけ麺を提供するお店というと女性客はなかなか入りづらい所が多いが、お洒落に楽しめるこちらは入りづらさ皆無。とても貴重な店構えと感じる。配膳から調理、バッシングまで一人でされているので若干の回転の悪さがマイナスか。しかし提供は早い方である。オススメ。次回はお酒を楽しみたい。 A very fashionable tsukemen shop.
