12時頃は満席になりますが、提供スピードが早くて回転率早いので少し待てば座れます!
13時頃はほとんど空いているので、ゆっくりと食べれます!
個人的にはコッテリは少し薄い気もしますが、コッテリにも色々種類があるので何ともです!
店員さんは忙しい時は少し乱暴に見えますが一生懸命なので、頑張れって思えます!
空いているときは高速対応のため、こちらに一息付く余裕もない時もあります!

以前は男性と助手の二人だったかな？今回久しぶりに訪問すると女性三人態勢になっていました。
ラーメンは「源流」と呼ばれるこってりタイプで注文しました。まろやかな豚骨ラーメンは以前と変わりなく美味しい一杯です。
カウンター席でゆっくり飲める雰囲気も良いですね。

個人的には上品すぎて物足りない印象
チャーシューはうまいです

思ったよりおいしく、2,3分で出てくるのでまた行こうと思いました！
