★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九段下周辺でラーメン屋を探していて、こちらに伺いました。
山形辛味噌ラーメンに強烈に惹かれてましたが、喉の調子が良くないので中華そばをオーダー。スープは塩ベースですが、味がかなりしっかり。麺もやや平べったいつるっとした麺で美味しい。具材のチャーシュー、シナチク、葱も全部美味しかった！
チェーン店でこのレベルは素晴らしい。
また行きます。
 I was looking for a ramen shop around Kudanshita and visited here.
I was strongly attracted to Yamagata spicy miso ramen, but I ordered Chinese noodles because my throat was not good. The soup is salt-based, but the taste is quite strong. The noodles are also slightly flat and smooth and delicious. The ingredients such as char siu, sardines, and green onions were all delicious!
This level is great at a chain store.
I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼過ぎに中華そばと韓国風明太子ごはんを頂きました。
塩ラーメンのような淡い色のスープは意外と味がしっかりしていて美味しいです。
チャーシューもホロホロでご飯と合わせても美味しいです。
備え付けの香唐は淡いスープの性格を変えますがとてもいいですね。確かにご飯にも合いました。
ごちそうさまでした。美味しかったです。

土曜日12:45頃で空いていてすぐに座れました。
入って左に券売機があります。いつも思うのですが、券売機か券売機の横に、メニューの内容が分かる写真が欲しいです。初めて入ったお店では、先ず、どんなメニューがあるかを素早く知りたいです。
店内はカウンターのみ。清潔です。パーテションもあります。
接客は元気良く丁寧です。
オーソドックスな中華そばを頼みました。
透き通ったスープに、3枚のチャーシュー、細い色の濃い変わったメンマ、ネギが乗っています。
喜多方ラーメンをイメージして作られているらしく、ほぼ喜多方ラーメンです。
美味しいです！
さっぱりしたラーメンわ食べたい時には、また食べに来たいお店ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形辛味噌ラーメン(名前うろ覚え)をいただきました！！自分が東北出身だからかもしれませんが、東京で食べたラーメンの中で1番ウマイ！と思いました！
辛味噌を自分の好みの味に溶かし出せるようになってるので、徐々に調整すると良いです。わたしは全部溶かしましたがちょうどよく辛くていい汗かきました！(辛いもの好きです)
また行きたいです！ありがとうございました。

かなり前からチェック済みでしたが今回ようやく入る事が出来ました。
少々悩み山形辛味噌らーめん。
いやー、少々中毒性がありますねーこいつは。
先ずは辛味噌を溶かずに、スープと麺を頂く。
つるっとした喉越しの麺と見た目以上にサラッとしたスープが合います。
ここからは、徐々に特製辛味噌を溶いて頂く。
ニンニクの効いた辛味噌で食が進みます。
辛さを調整しながら完食。
次回も辛味噌になりそうな予感です。
