O	Otokin 7th on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツコさんの番組で見たタンメンシャキシャキさんを思い出して初訪問。総武線乗車中にあら、九段下店があるじやないか！ということです水道橋で降りて徒歩10分。タンカラセット、麺抜き野菜増し、半熟卵サービス。これは野菜あるなー！これなら糖質制限にもってこい。お味は、ふつーのタンメン。味変に、自家製ラー油とおろし生姜が卓上にあります。至って普通に美味しい。が、鳥の唐揚げはごめんなさい、残しました。何か工夫が欲しかった。昼は場所柄入るだろうなーと感じて退店。九段下駅まで3分位かな。 This is my first visit to remember Tamaki Saki Saki, who I saw on Matsuko's program. 1	1999 acab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タンメン（野菜マシ）：800円麺は幅広の縮れ麺。やや固めでゴワッとした食感で良かったです。具材は豚肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・ニラで構成。豚肉や野菜はあまり炒めずにスープで煮込んで熱を加える？？？豚肉は肩ロース？十分に熱が加わりやや固めの肉質。野菜は大量で体に良さそうですね〜スープは塩味。出汁は鶏ガラ中心。塩分は丁度良い塩梅で野菜の甘みも感じられました。油分が少なくアッサリとした味わいでした。途中で卓上の生姜と黒胡椒を投入。黒胡椒の辛味で味が引き締まりますね〜生姜で後味がサッパリさせてくれます。美味しいタンメンを提供してくれるお店です！！ご馳走様でした！！ Tanmen (vegetable machine): 800 yen The noodles are wide crispy noodles. 日	日々是好日 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タンギョウセットを食べました???。タンメンと餃子のセットで1100円。九段下駅から目白通りを皇居と反対側に進み、右折して一区画入った角にある10席ほどの小さなお店。入口左で食券を買います。タンメンは野菜たっぷりで、しゃきしゃきしてます?。スープは野菜の旨みと絶妙な塩加減で、透明度高くサラサラとした優しい味わい?。麺は太め？と思ったら幅広の平打ちちぢれ麺で、長さは短め。食感はモチモチしてます?。ちょっと珍しい麺だなと思ったけど、食べて納得。これ、野菜と一緒に頬張る用にこの麺にしてるんでしょう??。麺が長いと、麺をすすって野菜を食べてと別々になる、熱いから。でもこの麺なら一緒に口に入れて、ちょっとすすればOK。ちぢれてるし、野菜と一緒だからスープも口に入る?️。と、私は推理しました、正解かな？餃子も焼き目パリパリ、他面モチモチで具沢山で食べ応えあり。ラー油が香り豊かで、餃子のタレにもタンメンにも入れました?。ランチタイムずらして行ったけど待ってる人いたので、平日は行列必至でしょうね?。 I ate a tangyo set ???.
